The place is clean. Staff are friendly. I booked online and was given great discount as compared to their price on site booking. Only, some taxi are not yet familiar with the place since it's new but no need to worry since it's just arount the capitol site.

I been here for almost 4x. This place is great for business trip and short trip, the ambience is cousy and relaxing. The cafe in the lobby is affordable and their coffee is excellent. What I like in this hotel is that I can sleep really well, room is well ventilated, well maintained and fast Wi-Fi. Good privacy as well.

It is really a very nice place. It is modern and it is being affordable most of all. Just a short walk for shopping and other things you might need. Stayed in executive room with double bed and breakfast included. Recomend it for single, couples, business or families.

I love loved my stay here. The rooms are clean and cozy, staff is very nice and approachable, the food was great. Very accessible and near banks and all that you need. I loved the peace and quiet at night.

Location is so-so, but very forgivable considering that I can see a steady influx of development introduced in the area to provide better access to basic needs like food and entertainment. Cebu Doctor's Hospital is just a few minutes walk away, so medical emergency situations are well-covered. Aesthetic-wise, I feel a bit of mismatch with the interior and exterior designs. Not really a deal breaker. My favorite area is the lobby with its good mix of modern and rustic elements. Could use a dedicated room to safe-keep personal items from incoming guests yet to check-in (out). It can be a bit distracting seeing pile of bags next to the lobby (imagine peak season). Very nice and friendly staff. I can say with confidence that their rooms provide good value for money. Overall a good experience!

I am really happy about my stay there. For 17 EUR/night you can have your own single room + breakfast and the quality is there. The service was really good. A nice hotel.

As accommodations go in the Philippines this place wasn't bad. The hot water worked in the shower, although I had to change a damaged and leaking hose to get full benefit of available water flow. The bed was comfortable and had good sheets and a blanket, as well as 4 comfortable pillows. The air conditioning worked well except for the annoying noise made by the dripping of the water against the metal housing from the air conditioner above. In January 2018 this place is about a year old, still in good condition, but in need of a bit better upkeep, especially in the bathroom (Tile grout, showerhead, etc. ). The television had quite a good selection of channels and even the restaurant was pretty good. Friendly helpful staff and a reasonable price to cap it all of. I will stay here again.

This Uncle Toms cabin hotel is very clean. The staff are doing their job well in the housekeeping. The food are　also served with convenience. We stayed here for three days. The Wi-Fi condition　also is　faster. I felt happy staying in this hotel.

Nice option for a single night stay, no longer. Great breakfast though. Good value for money.

Good basic hotel, the included breakfast was a plus (but don’t recommend the tea! ) good for a pit stop on Cebu before moving on.

Nice hotel in a good location. Internet is very good and so is breakfast. Room is spacious, clean and comfortable. We stayed for 3 nights and I’d say the only downside is that you don’t get your room clean. Not even once.

It's beyond my expectation, the hotel is very nice and cozy, the staff are friendly. The room is clean and I think its too small for a superior deluxe room. The room that I had has cockroach flying in the ceiling. I thought they clean the room daily but when I had to get out for a day and when I came back they didn't clean it, I forgot to ask though. They have a restaurant down stairs but they're close during the night and they didn't leave restaurant menu in the room. Overall, it was great except for the cockroach :)

I've been staying here for 12 Days in the Single Room. Excellent Hotel with "GOOD quality WI-FI" — Clean. Comfortable. Very convenient — Just walk few minutes can arrive a 7-11 and Robinson mall… there are McDonald's. Kfc. Pizza Hot… many famous chain restaurants. Pharmacy. 7-11. Coffee shops here. And fruit standing in the street. Really enjoy staying here. Thank you all the workers here. Next time I'll choose here as well.

Very nice clean hotel. Staff are friendly. Only bec its a bit hard to find the hotel… but all is good.

The best value I've found in Cebu if your most important requirements consist of rock solid Wi-Fi and a generally clean and comfortable environment. The location is not as convenient to the typical places many visitors tend to frequent, but the value is tough to beat. Stay here for a while when you grow weary of the unreliable connectivity offered by many of the hotels in Cebu.

Amazing rooms, strong Aircon, and a great Staff. Menu needs updating as a few items are and have not been carried for a while. Fresh fruit and juice would be GREATLY appreciated too.

Nice and clean. Smell fresh. Staff are greatful. Just simple reminder that when u book here make sure that u got the ryt room reservation. It happened to us that my bf booked for double room and when I arrived in the hotel they put me in twin single bed. Very small bed but very comfi. I dont mind the mistake. Bcos when I told them that we booked in Agoda a double bed not the twin bed they let me wait few mins. I didnt wait too long they send to another room after 10mins talking with them. The Wi-Fi is very good. The aircondition was noisy. Everything was cleanes and great. Thank u. I highly recommend this hotel to evry travelers. Easy to get a taxi outside if u dont have grab apps.

I think it's best hotel of the 3 stars hotel in cebu. Rooms are clean and nice with very attractive price. Include good breakfast. All New facilities. Staffs friendly. Rooms small but hotel allow to sit n work restaurant table, sofa with high speed Wi-Fi. Highly recommend this hotel.

Super nice experience, usually I don't write reviews, but let me tell you there is nice staff, don't complicate at all, they give me free upgrade for the big room as the small room was a bit noisy from the roosters in the neighborhood. The rooms are clean, quality linen and pillows, HD TV, good internet. Everything to feel more comfortable. Will return for sure. Thanks.

I always like it her at Uncle Tom's. The room is clean. The price is reasonable. Everyone is very helpful and friendly. Stayed here last January and stayed here again. I am booking Uncle Tom's everytime I want to stay in the Cebuvcity. It's new so cab drivers might not be familiar of the place so tell the taxi driver to right turn at Red Ribbons jones ave then left turn when you see the Niceday Carwash signage. You will also see Uncle Tom's little sign but once you turn left you will see the orange hotel. Hot and cold shower. And got Deluxe Room for $8 with TV, Wi-Fi, aircon, toiletries and breakfast. Not worried about no safe at all. Stayed here couple times. Just be sure to bring with you your money and passport. It does not have spa but it's near to places that could offer you one. If you like massage, I suggest u call Body & Sole massage because they offer hotel service.

Single rooms are a bit small but very comfy. Staff is also great and friendly.
