A Highly recommended hotel in Cebu a beautiful place clean rooms and spacious rooms as well. Everybody smiled and expressed willingness to assist us. The front desk staff namely almi and mar was so friendly and helpful. Services are excellent we are going to recommend SHotel to our friends who are going for holidays in Cebu. The 2 Guards of this hotel is very helpful namely kuya fedilino and I forgot the name. Overall the service of this hotel is excellent… A hightech and secured Hotel.

Highly Recommended S Hotel is a great Hotel accommodation. I was surprised when I was arrived at the Hotel and what I expect that my room is just an ordinary standard room. But surprisingly what I got is a huge king size bed and over looking outside view in a whole Cebu City and I stay for 3 nights at S hotel and pay for 3, 100.00 only. I booked by Zen's Apps and Yes for me when I get back in Cebu S Hotel is my choice.

The best and highly recommended hotel so far in Cebu that I have been. Price is reasonable and services is really superb. Staff are friendly and very accommodating. A note is posted in every elevator letting customers know that they can directly raise their concerns to the owner of the hotel. For me, it only shows that customers satisfaction is their priority.

S Hotel in Banawa Cebu City, my family and I spend 3 nights and 4 days in this Hotel. Our stay was great! Staff are very nice, friendly and very very helpful, they all spoke very well in English. Whenever we had an issue they are always ready to assist us and help us right away. We got free bottled water everyday for each adult that stayed and also got a free very delicious Filipino breakfast from the corner block cafe that is associated with the hotel. Our food came with a rice, a breakfast meat to go with the rice, an egg of your choice of hoq it is cooland a drink and side of fresh cut fruits or a cake for dessert. This cafe also delivers, room orders if guest want to order from their room. Our room was very clean if you are staying for more than one day all you have to do is let them know what you want to be clean in the room and by the time you get back from your tour or day scheduled your room is freshly made and very clean. We had a lot o stuff in our room gadgets, electronics and personal Items, non of them where missing even though we had them laying around, their staff are trust worthy. The only thing I would recommend for improvement is a small fridge to keep drinks warm and a small single microwave to heat up food specially for guest that are staying more than 2 days. It will be convenient to have those in instead of getting out and buying food/drinks all the time. Over all I highly recomment this hotel to anyone that is visiting the city.

Nice rooms. Accommodating staff.

Accomodation and service is up to par but the ventilation of the rooms still needs to be looked into for a more comfortable stay.

Don't like leaving a mandatory security deposit having already prepaid the room. Nice room.

Rooms are cozy and food is delicious during our function.

Building is newly built. Very affordable room rates and Clean spotless rooms.

It is just amazing here. Very accomodating, clean, organized, and they have nice views. So classy. It is very relaxing here.

The busy street location. Due to having 2 windowed walls and been at the front of hotel level 9 I could hear loud bass music all night till 4am from across the street and road traffic throughout. Could not sleep 3. No fridge 4. Internet Wi-Fi very poor 5. Limited cable channels, remote control not user friendly 6. Weird shower window.

We had a relaxing stay at S Hotel & Residences. Fortunately everything about the hotel was exceptional and unique. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Upon arriving at the hotel you'll see the staff smiling and welcoming you warmly. It was a great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient. The room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I could go on but suffice it to say I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future. :)

Very courteous and friendly staff (well trained), clean rooms, good breakfast, BUT bathroom is always clogged up, poor drainage.

Best feature are the very friendly & respectful staff who are all so eager to meet the guests' requirements & resolve their complaints. Incredible service! Very clean rooms and bathroom (with hot water & bidet).

Appears newly constructed so it is good to try its amenities and staff service. It does. It does not offer breakfast as part of its room use but an eatery in the same building seems to be its link to offer it if client decides to avail of it. Observed this myself when we drank coffee. You can give the number of your room before you order. Generally the room is comfortable and to think we got one good for four. Internet was free. The reception area may not be very spacious ut the welcoming smiles of the staff make up for the lack.

Wonderful place! The room has a nice bathroom, big bed, and aircon. Wifi is very good and is very clean. Definitly we recomend it and it worth the money! Near there is a jollybee and a supermarket! Great choice!

Loved this place. Very clean and spacious room. Staff were very friendly and nice. I would come back for sure!

Stayed comfortably with my husband and daughter for 2 nights. Room including CR were very clean. But no windows and so we transferred to another room the following day with additional charge but includes bfast. We also could hardly connect Wifi wherein we needed assistance but generally the place was worth staying for.

Stayed with my toddler. Huge room, big shower room, king size very comfy bed, centre of the city, friendly staff, would highly recommend! Only con is ants getting in through a/c but you can't avoid ants in Philippines.

I like the service… nice rooms, very comfortable and clean. Centric, so Uber anywhere you want.

Very accessible but you'll have a hard time looking for a parking space.
