I never stayed other hotel since the begginning of my cebu journey, only premier now and forever just bcoz the quality accmmodation, clean all the time, smiling staff, very hospitality and not quite strictly… keep it up the good work, mabuhay ka PREMIERE CITI SUITE.

I reserve that hotel from net and when I was there I got standad room amount 1.5k ph so anfter I fix my things nad I needed to got out, I try to save my valous on safety box but still not working, I called at them and coming services but not yet solved the problem then I ask them to change my room to other, well changed then there stil working the safety box but after got shower the wather flood the all toillet till the room, so I call them again and ask to change other room again but now to suite room more expencive amount 2.4k… so there in this hotel the TV cable services not working all the day then even im there in the suite room they gived me discount to pay only the standard room allowances but all the night no TV so boring day many problems in thee hotel… next day after I eat break fast I call them if I extend I had the same discount bcoz no tv, them they said cannot allow so I decide to leave the hotel and find other… becouse they said the cable TV have problem in all hotel of cebu but I called in other hotel to ask if its true then they said in their hotel the TV still working… so after I change the hotel I show the TV still working normality so the premiere hotel still lying, its all.

Comfortable rooms good size, breakfast as well, all you need for for somewhere to lay your head.

PROs: Good location, especially if you want to tour the city. It is very accessible to the malls and restaurants. Good value for money — very affordable, comfortable, and friendly service staff. Own Wi-Fi router in every room. CONs: There weren't a lot of outlets. Limited breakfast food options.

Big and clean rooms but basic amenities. Limited parking space.

When you've stayed in so many backpackers and you'd like some luxury that doesn't break the bank try this hotel. Includes a complimentary breakfast. Clean, big comfy beds worn your own personal Wi-Fi in your room. Loved it here!

The rooms are spacious; room rates are practical. Lobby and hallway are clean that makes the place decent also. Cleanliness can be improve, like cleaning of the aircon units and some grimes in the CR. Some electric outlet needs to be fixed. But all in all it's very good. Staff and Sec Guards are tactful and accommodating.

Nice stay close to the Mango Square. Everything clean, quiet, well equipped. Got a large room with huge Windows and Mini Bar. WiF and TV are good. Unfortunately no power outlets at the bed. Could be fixed with an extender cable. Nothing to complain. Great place.

Beautiful hotel, good and friendly service. Staff always with a smile. Ready to help. Convenient public transportation available. Menu in their roof top restaurant could be enhanced though. A bit mediocre but other than that it was a great experience! Will definitely stay their again. As a matter of fact, I am returning there this week again.

Is another not expensive hotel in the city. The room is clean. We stayed here because middle in the city. Has advantage and disadvantages. So difficult to get taxi between 5-8pm. But I think is general problem in Cebu.

I would like to appreciate all the staff and management of Premiere Citi Suites Hotel, they made me feel at home from day 1 till my departure.

I don't have much to say but if possible I don't want to go back in here.

Tbh, I'm literally in one of their rooms rn I have to say, it a very nice hotel, cheap prices yet incredible rooms!. Im definitely coming back here.

I hve been here for 3 days n 4 nites in this cozy hotel. Very nice room n spacious.

Nice hotel big room clean toilet.

Nice place for small meeting or training and they served a delicious food.

New building, nice place to conduct an seminar/orientation and polite working staff.

Poor management! I can't express that any further. Neal was completely un-cooperative and didn't want to work with us. I would give this place 0 stars if I was able to. We stayed 2 hours. Our TV wasn't working and worst of all, our toilet wasn't working. The neighborhood isn't female traveler friendly, so if you're backpacking alone or with a female friend, do not stay here. We asked if we can get a refund for our 2 hours of stay because we didn't even use the room, and the most he could do is give us corporate discount. Thanks for the broken TV and toilet.

Great Hotel service. Amazing food and view at the Roofdeck restaurant its a great place to unwind to your special someone.

Has An accommodating staff especially their Operation's Manager. They got big rooms a Roof Deck and Function room for seminar's and party's. You can find a shopping malls just around the corner it's just located at the center of the city.

The staff are nice and caring plus they hotel is spacious and well maintained.

This is the best hotel that I've experienced ever since I've been traveling to Cebu City. Superb front desk services, polite; sincere; helpful; always with a smile. The bell boy & security guard are very helpful and attentive. Breakfast is FREE! Hotel prices are very reasonable!

Staff is very kind and helpful, but breakfast drinks are terrible. "orange juice", "iced tea", "coffee" are all made from instant powder, if you want regular coffee, it's extra chargeable. Also the "fruits" are canned fruits mix, very sweet.
