Nice hotel to stay in. Clean bathroom, strong AC and nice bed. Staff are accomodating.

✔Nice, Clean Room ✔Clean CR + Hot Shower (It gets too hot sometimes) ✔Thank you for the complimentary cute Toothbrush coz I forgot mine. ✔Friendly and Helpful Staff (although the FrontDesk sometimes tends to have their hands full from incoming calls, customers who check-out should be patient & give a time allowance for checking out) ✔Just a walking distance from SM City Cebu. its nextdoor to a 24hrs Andoks for full meals and drinks too. Also next door to a RosePharmacy for OTC Meds, water, chips, soap & other hygiene needs. ✔Complimentary breakfast is good for its cost. The Fish Fillet meal was delicious! ☕ (1cup of Coffee = 1small packet sugar + 1small packet coffee + 1cup hot water), yup. No creamer. Dili sya 3in1 pack too.

Been there last May. Room is a bit dim. Shower room needs improvement. Hotel staff is accommodating but the front desk should be trained more. Not so clean as well. Plus point though is their food. Breakfast selection is good but the serving is too much for a small eater like me. :-)

If anyone is afraid of cockroaches, absolutely should not be in this hotel. Air conditioner is very noisy. Bathroom too small and too bad. And the most important thing is never to have breakfast in this hotel.

Cheap budget hotel comes out comfortable with a walking distance to SM location. Comfortable bed and nice although small shower. Didn't try the next door restaurant thou.

Relatively affordable. Rooms are spacious. Clean. And most importantly. Has hot water. You can see some wear and tear but so far if you're looking for a place to sleep and would like privacy, this place is good.

Location is ideal. Rooms are a bit outdated, very plain. Fine for a quick stay.

Nice room. I like the toothbrush, there is a small table and chairs for the couples, bed is nice. The food a bit salty and too much seasoning based on my taste. There are fire exits, and precautionary reminders posted. In addition, if you like budget meal, there are many, near this location, if you want to visit Magellan cross and Basilica de Sto. Nino, accessible, minimum fare only, and this Inn is near SM city where bus terminal going to airport is located — a very good location.

Just a small hotel. Great if you stay for a night. Close to the mall. Very noisy from the traffic outside.

Nothing extraordinary about this hotel. It has a very simplistic interior. Cleanliness is fine. The view is so-so since you can only see the traffic outside. The free breakfast are so-so. The staff are friendly and helpful.

Very basic. Rooms and passageways are reminiscent of a dormitory. The photos on Agoda are very well taken and not truly representative. No barfridge. Bathroom mat was dirty and we found a cockroach! Skipped the breakfast after looking at the menu, 3 fixed options. Shower and bed were good. Toiletries in the bathroom. But lots of noise from the street below. All in all, not as cheap as you think. They advertise the room without fees and taxes and nail you with these at check in. Should've rather gone with an AirBnb…

The advertising photos are so DECEIVING. THERE IS NO Wi-Fi in the room. We got a family room and it was very small. The bed sheets are filty with lots of bloodstain. The bathroom flooded when you take a shower. The window is too small and dirty when you ooen it all the dust sticks from the window just fly inside your room. The breakfast was horrible too. Over all I cannot and will never recommend this place. There are other nicer and cheaper place out there.

Service at its price… average✌stayed here for a week. staffs need more training I guess. The're no good on addressing clients. Complimentary bfast not so good. Only 3 menus available to choose from. TV sets/cable reception not so good and so do with their Free Wifi access.

If you just need a room for the night it's fine, it's a basic room with a shower. If noise disturbs you though beware there is 24hr traffic right outside. Also there is a 24hr Andocks just outside for snacks plus street food and SM City Mall within walking distance.

Good accomodation rooms and near Shopping Mall particularly SM.

Rooms are ok however the customer service is sub par. The "included" breakfast I would not recommend. The cafe staff were very unhelpful, they wouldn't combine menu items or change the set options even though we were the only customers… Oh and they only have instant coffee.

I stayed there on 27th and 28th Nov 2017. It is located near the SM Centre, lot of chains of merchandise to shop and eat. Friendly staff. But that is not enough to make your stay comfortable. Very small rooms, no wardrobe or locker. No complimentary tea, coffee or water in room and the breakfast terrible. Miniature shower area and you need really strong teeth to tear away the shampoo pouch. Very slug internet in the room, and the staff were just helpless on complaining about it. While sitting on the commode, you turn around 180° to reach the paper, a brilliant idea to stretch your spine early in the morning. Carry your own slippers because the cement floor is gonna be all wet when you come out of the shower. My stay was further compromised when there was no light when I woke up each morning. Not to mention how the kids in the neighbourhood were shouting all the time. I spent 2 nights there but I recommend you think ten times before you plan this one. If you are a frequent traveller, you are going to regret!

For an Inn it was good. We liked it for a few nights stay because its cheap and with good location. Our room looked clean, however I saw 2 little cockraches creeping on the ceiling. I HATE cockraches!

Location is good. Budget accommodation. Interior in the lobby is different from the room, room interior is kinda gloomy. I don't know with the other rooms but the one I tried had cockroaches.

One of the best budget hotels you can find. Gave a it 4 stars mainly for its location. Walking distance from SM Cebu. We had a comfy stay. My only problem was they didn't had mats in the bathroom. We pointed this out and they gave us upon request.

If you are looking for a cheap and accessible hotel near SM Mabolo or just Mabolo then this is the right hotel for you. The place is located just beside the national highway, a walking distance from the Mabolo church and a walking distance from Sm. It has average room rate with average amenities, tho there are lots of improvements that can be done, I cant say that they need to improve their hospitality service. It has a small semi fastfood-restaurant in the ground floor.

Ok for a night's stay. Close to sm city mall with basic amenities provided. Had some cockroaches in the room too. Located by the main road which is noisy both late at night and early in the morning so don't expect to sleep in if you are a light sleeper.

Rooms are good, kept clean, but the lights are a bit dim. The inn is old, but clean. For Php1400 a night you can get a better inn. The advantage of this over the others is its location — — it's close to both Ayala and SM. Food is fair, there's free breakfast for every guest. They have another offer, Php550 for an overnight stay, no reservations, just walk-in, no free breakfast too.

I accidentally left my Pocket Wifi device here, the housekeeping checked the room and did not notify me that I forgot my device in the room. 1 day later I realized I left it at the Hotel. Funny thing is the Hotel staff wanted to steal my device. They had my phone number but who cares right? welcome to Philippines where Hotel Staff are big thieves be careful.

Quite pricey but no cabinet for clothes. Shower and water is great.

Near to sm cebu. Ayala center. Cnt lechon and i. T. Park. Clean and affordable room rates.

Small yet decent room. Flooring of the rooms needs to be improved.

Locatin is good. Bud they have this tactic of promoting 500 for 12 hour stay. But if you go there and you want to avail it, they will always say that it is not available so will be forced to get the 1, 100 rate. Very misleading.

Spacious room and nice warm showers but that's about it. Not far from sm mall. Had to ask for TV remote which was never delivered. Expensive for what you get. Breakfast was passable.

Worth your stay. Near to sm city and ayala. There is also a nearby church-st joseph parish. All in all the hotel is good. Wifi is really working. The bathroom is good. There's no closet but they have a stainless for hanging clothes.

Excellent service fun and friendly staff.

Visit here, its a good place to stay when spending less.

Service are superb. Close to SM and local transport.
