Convenient location. But, some guests are loud even in the wee hours of the night, lack sound proofing.

Good breakfast, the staff are very nice and friendly also the housekeeping, all I can say is perfect location, elegant inn need to upgrade beddings, mattress and mattress pad, 407 room the 2beds are not clean & not comfortable, blood stained all over the bed they just put a new beddings, I ask to changed the bed pads never happened, also a lot of ants in our room & huge cockroaches running around, also. Bathroom need brighter lights…

I would recomend this hotel if you want shopping or close to most things around it. When I have stayed there several times I get discount then. Only stayed in economy room without windows but in other more expensive rooms they have windows if you want it. Now i'm trying out other hotels.

Not so comfortable to stay. What bothers us lot is the manhole access at the ceiling. I tried to push it up and it opens. Sooo creepy. We stayed at the standard room. Foods are ok for us for average dinning. Over all for those looking for cheap luxury stay. I do not recommend it… its just like a motel with creepy ceiling.

Stayed there for 2 nights. I chose Elegant Circle Inn cos of it's affordable price and accessible location. Front desk were okay except that they aren't so accommodating to even offer some assistance. They just let me, their guest get into my room by myself. Good thing one staff saw me trying to look for my room number and accompany me atleast. As first timer there, their rooms was quite confusing to locate. It would be much better if they will assist every guests, upon check in up to getting into the rooms as for convenience. The food were okay but I was a little bothered by their room doors. It's a little noisy when you closed it. It's also distracting when you are sleeping and some other guests closing their doors and you can hear it. One more thing that disappoints me was that, first time ever my Facebook account was hacked. They should improve their Wi-Fi security access! I know it's risky to access public Wi-Fi but you must atleast be considerate of your guests safety. On my first day, I was alarmed to find out someone was logged in into my Facebook account. What's the essence of offering free internet access but your guests personal infos are at stake? It never happened to me before when I stayed at other hotels. That experience was kind of scary. You must have security control over it especially from your IT department Towels are kind of old too. Pillow case has tiny holes indicating it's quite old.

It's in Fuente area but it's quiet inside. Very accessible and very near to Chong Hua. Good parking space but it's at the backside. You need to be guided well to find the parking area. Ang layo pa ng iikutan specially kapag hindi familiar sa place. (like me.

Teen prostitudes: In the lobby there were two East European guys (approximately around the age of 40) making a deal with 2 teen prostitutes (probably around 14 and 15 years). Rude staff: A guest that didn't really speak English but tried hard to communicate through images of advertisements with the girl in the lobby, was being made fun of. The two girls of the lobby were really mocking him which the guest did not understand because of the language barrier. Never again!

Well here is a great lesson in ""Nickel and Diming"" the Customers. First I check — in… Get all unpacked and then realize their is no Frigerator to put my Royal Orange Soda and San Miguel light beer… So I call front desk and they say its $200 pesos a day to (Rent) a frig for your room… So the frig is delivered… Then I pop a beer and turn on the T. V. And guess what.? The screen had Big cracks in it… So the front desk says I can change rooms… So I pack up and move across the Hall… So when Im checking out 2 days later I told them I wanted them to cover 1 of the days for the frig rental. For the inconvenience of the broken T. V. Deal… At first she said No. I encouraged her to call the boss and they agreed… The Head Housekeeper was behind the front desk and with the front desk agent at her side. Both told me that they had to pay for the comped day of the frig. And they had to pay for 1 of my days charges for the room. So Your telling me that The Owner of this Hotel is Charging Their employees for having to move me to another room and then also charged for $200 to cover 1 day frig rental. Which in Pesos is $1, 352… In U. S. Dollars around $26 bucks. What a Jerk for an Owner. You should be Ashamed of yourself… I hope this Review reaches a Government Auditor. So you will be exposed for blatant rules violations… You can't charge your employees for things that are your Responsibility… You pretty much Suck … In my book… Aloha.

I recommend it to those attending cfo seminar. It convenient and you can save money in hotel (not so expensive) as well as transportation going to cfo. You can walk going to mall and other convenience stores nearby and restaurant. No hassle. You can watch a live performance (just singing acoustic) at the side of the street in the evening.

Decent hotel with a good view of the city. Its located within the heart of Cebu. This is a great place to stay especially if you want to tour around town because of its location.

Another great holiday in the Elegance circle hotel great location, great hotel, room 616 junior suite is just perfect with great views of the circle and a great place to celebrate one beat and vision of Sinaloa 2018

For $20, you can expect to too much. The elevator is a nice treat and the staff was nice. Took a while for them to find my reservation though and the room could be newer. The hallways did have that old smell though. It's in a nice location, with a, mall across the street, food options and money exchange.

Very good location however the room is very small. The bathroom is elevated.

I stayed for 3 nights in this elegant hotel. I like the location it is accessible to all, restaurants, malls, hospitals etc. I also like the ambience of the room it is very relaxing. The signal of the Wi-Fi is strong. Most of all I love to eat and drink coffee in their dinning area which has the view of fuente osmena circle… All the staff are friendly. I love my stay in this place!

The Elegant Circle Inn was okay and affordable and they have free breakfast for 2 and breakfast was good. The room was okay and they gave us toothbrush, toothpaste, shampoo, soap. I will definitely go back and stay there because they have free Wi-Fi, face towel and they gave us enough toilet paper and for me the location is perfect. BUT they have to spray and get rid the ANTS there were tons of them in our room crawling on the wall in the bathroom. The employees are friendly and they have good customer service and for me that’s very important. On the side note: There was one thing that I didn’t liked about my stay it was the British old man he acted like a jerk and he was an avowed racist. He used this this term you Pinoy’s blah blah blah because the kids were noisy while walking in the hallway. We can’t avoid the noise children are children and I rather see children acting active than acting sick. I told him I’m sorry I was very apologetic I never talked back to him because there’s no point I rather listened to him ranting than me losing my cool in front of my niece and nephews I can’t afford to look bad in front of the children. I want to be a good example for the younger generation. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone that wants to stay in Cebu it’s accessible for everything bank, money changer, drug store, malls, taxis, Jeepney, food chains and restaurants. And for Americans there’s Burger King and 7 eleven nearby.

Good food, Rooms are ok but they need to put rags in the doorway to cr because when get out from shower you'll make the floor so wet.

This is place is somewhat old and they are renovating starting from their lobby. A good place to stay for a night when your in cebu city center.

Accommodations are good, and the staff are very helpful and accommodating. Quality of food isn't worth the expense. You can easily do better for the price anywhere in Fuente.

Nice location. Clean and spacious rooms. Affordable rate. Surrounded with fast food chains, supermarket and restaurants.

The hostel (it's actually more a hostel than a hotel) is located at the Osmena circle right in the centre of Cebu. That's actually the biggest plus. Beside that it's a noisy old building with small rooms that don't even have a fridge inside. The walls are thin so you will hear every single word that is spoken outside. Wifi is just ok. The complimentary breakfast isn't worth the 2 Euros you pay more for the room to get it. Better safe that money and go eat outside. As everywhere in asia you might have bugs in your room once in a while. Bigger ones and smaller ones…

I really liked the place. Its my second time to stay in the hotel. It is very accessible. If you want to eat late there are food centers near the hotel. For medicines there is an overnight pharmacy foodchains… transportations. Regarding the hotel. The staffs are all approachable and they always answer what you request. But the negative is that they should give discounts if the person will check in and the room is good for two and addl one so the next addl must be less amount. Just suggestion.

Woah! My remarkable checked in hotel.

I like the place. It is very accessible to transpo, eatery and for shopping. But most of all you have a very good access to Fuente Osmeña for the morning jog. Some of their staff are courteous but need further training in customer relation. Bellboys and utility boys are alert and ready to assist you. Just need some rearrangement in bed positioning in compliance with 'fung sui'. I suggest that toilets should be provided with bidet. I will recommend this place to my friends.

Location was great, Value for your money. The hotel staff was friendly from front desk girls, security guard to dining staff. Security cameras/ security guard on site. Rooms were spacious, air condition works strong, hotels room provides slipper, bathroom amenities (toothbrush, small pkg of soap and shampoo. ) Close to fast foods restaurants (McDonalds, Jollibee, KFC, Larsian, Robinson Mall/ Supermarket, Night Life (Mango Square, bars) The only problems I had were: hotel rooms needs better locks on entrance room door like a dead bolt lock and the shower needs better construction, so shower water don't go all over the floor.
