The Good
— Customer service is friendly enough

— Free shuttle going to D'Mall in the morning The Bad
— Too far away from stations. Special fare is Php 150-Php200
— Eateries are extremely limited. Will need to take a tricycle pa to get to actual restaurants. Though they have a limited in-house menu of some meals cooked by their staff.
— Not very clean. On my second day when I came back to the hotel, there were bugs all over my bed that came from the light/lamp on the ceiling. They transferred me to another room that was cleaner though still had some of the same bugs from the first room. Second room was not as private and can still hear noise from outside (first room on 2nd floor, second room was on 1st floor)
— Wifi is at the lobby only Do not book here. What you save in accommodation fees (since it's cheaper than most of the hotels in Stations 2-3) bawi naman sa transportation costs and convenience compared to booking a hotel in one of the stations. Also cleanliness factor din.

Poor customer service, the staffs are not friendly and accommodating.

The resort was really way far from the famous station 2 white beach but we are glad that we stayed here (May 15) because the water was much more cleaner that my husband and I enjoyed playing in the water. Kudos to the staff who went off his way to help me. Find an open store because my husband wasnt feeeling well.
the room serves its purpose. We just hope they will get the aircon fixed cause it makes loud sound at night.

Actually and honestly Felines resort is quite place but the service is not pretty good. First their shuttle is one way service only and when you asked the front desk they'll not tell you properly about the service bcoz it might be scared if their guest will take ride going back to the resort. Second the Wi-Fi is not affiliated in every room you can use Wi-Fi when you are in the lobby or in the dining place. Third the breakfast will serve at 7:30 a. M and there's no choices whatever you like to eat.

We were a group of 11 and we are so satisfied with the service. Very affordable stay and the beachfront is the best get away place… the people are so accommodating. Patrick gave us the superb service in our whole length of stay. Making sure we are being taken cared of and opened their kitchen for us to cook. Too far from the long beach of boracay. But the place was amazing and relaxing!

I really love the place… My kids enjoyed the pool, clean,. Relaxing place… Staff are polite… The price is worth it… I love to be back in Feliness Resort… Thank you so much.

Visited for a total of 5 days. Awfully located and no shuttle service. The trike price to centre is about 100-150php each way and many trike drivers are not willing to drive from centre to that far away. The room had a high humidity and smelled moldy. There were posters stating fines for different actions on every step — losing the TV remote — 40euro, damaging the matresses — 100eurp etc. Something im not too fond to see on every step while im on a vacation. They are holding a monkey on a one meter chain — animal abuse. The pool is so dirty I wouldnt dare to soak my feet in it. I never saw anyone swimming in there for the fact. The breakfast was ok and the service good. For that I give them 2 stars. The korean management is a joke and the transportation costs add up quickly. Look elsewehere for an accomodation. The room we got was extreamly noisy and there were cknstruction works going on during the stay.

Perfect place to stay! Pros: away from crowded area and peaceful! I technically don't want to go out! Reminds me of the old Boracay :) CONS: not much of food choices so you still need to go to the other side of Boracay to choose variety of food that costs P100 per transport.

We loved the place… very homey, staff are very-very accomodating very respectful, spacious rooms that kids would surely love, nice pool, thats why we decided to book the place everytime we visit boracay… Thank you FELINESS… see you again!

The staff are very accommodating, I love the place so relaxing and the food is also good. Big rooms & clean, during our stay the place is on going renovation and one thing beach front & pool optional. There's a SPA soon.

I'll give this location and beach a 4 star and the accomodation standards 1 star. Basic but clean resort. Beach is rather private, although grainy sand with lots of dead coral debris.

This is the bayview of Feliness Hotel In Boracay A Crystalized clear beach one of the cheapest hotel in Boracay.

The people were helpful but there was lots of work going on and the pool access was closed. Not Perth the money we paid. The room was at the back and all we can hear workers making noise. They should have told us about that not fair on tourists that book a place like that and can't access the facilities.
