New hotel in Lao Tourism Estate. Good rooms, few issues with noise proof (you hear noise and beeps from reception area, air-conditioning unit outside our room was noisy). Great breakfast buffet. Overall a good choice.
The most common complaints from other guest are: 1. No bottled water — Because the estate is built with environment conservation in mind. Hence each rooms are provided with a pitcher and glasses. No plastics. 2. No mini fridge — The disposable junk food wrappers are just going to be additional waste. Besides, why do you need it? There are restaurants beside the hotel. You just have to walk and get out of your room! 3. No dental kits provided — Maybe the hotel is expecting you to bring your own? Again, because plastic. They would gladly bring you one should you request it. 4. Limited breakfast buffet options — What are you expecting? A Spiral like number of options? Or Vikings? For breakfast? For $100/night, this place is really, really amazing. We’ll definitely be back soon!
