Everyone was just so accommodating. Breakfast was sumptuous and the place was soooo clean. They took good care of our belongings even before and after our stay. They also let us stay for few hours in their comfy garden while waiting for our pickup to El Nido — hours after our checkout. A true value for money! Will definitely book again when I’m back in PPS. ❤️

This is my 2nd day of my 4-day stay. I find the place simple, well kept, clean, quiet, and secure. Excellent service; very efficient staff. Breakfast is good and priced just right. They don’t serve lunch nor dinner, but there are plenty of restaurants in this city. They have in-house store that sells beer and other beverages at VERY reasonable price. highly recommended!

The place is peaceful and comfy. They serve good breakfast on time and you can decide the time you want it to be served. Soap, shampoo, towels and toilet papers are provided. Close to restaurants and owner suggests places and activities. Additional star for the fishes and turtles. :) Had fun feeding it!

A great place where you can find great people and staff. We will surely recommend Cleon Villas to our friends that are planning to go to Puerto Prinsesa. This is also accessible in every place like Airport and Malls. Cleon Villas is a real Home for us!

Perfect place to stay in Puerto Princesa! Very clean, close to the airport, the owner was super friendly! The room was very comfortable too, a/c is definitely a plus! 10/10

Stayed for 2 nights. The rooms. Linens and towels floors and walls esp the bathroom are squeaky clean. Shower is strong unlike other boutique hotels. Has a standby generator in case of blackout. Quiet and comfy I was able to sleep well. The design is amazing and charmingly minimalist using earth and nude tones, predominantly white walls and interiors combined with dark wood and wrought iron… so beautiful and classy! l And they really serve nice breakfast! The staff are so attentive and helpful. The place is near everywhere and easily accessible to public transport unlike the first hotel I stayed in (so glad I transferred! ) Price is reasonable actually affordable by palawan standards. I highly recommend! PS my only suggestion is put a doorbell or intercom to facilitate communication with staff during lean hours and maybe have bottled water coffee tea water boiler available in each room. Other than that it made my stay perfect. Im coming back and book with them again!

This accommodation is beautiful and very clean. Rainier was an amazing host! He organised all our transport and scooters. The hospitality was exceptional! The place is very secure and quiet too. We thoroughly enjoyed our time there!

Here's the thing. This hotel is basically a 5 room villa with top notch customer service as it's a small business with one guy all in on it. He lives on the premise and takes amazing care of it with his staff. I absolutely feel welcomed here and feel like family as we were offered ice water and/or ice tea upon arrival in a hot summer day. As they say to support local businesses this owner is a positive spirit and I would highly recommend it!

This place is quaint and beautiful. The owner is super friendly and helpful. He helped us book our tours, arranged travel shuttles, made recommendations to where to eat and what places to see. The rooms are very clean and it is a definite plus to have hot water in the showers. The air conditioner blows cold. The breakfast is very good. When we go back to Palawan, we will definitely be staying here.

Great place to stay in Puerta Princesa. Really good breakfast served on our little balcony. Very comfortable and staff happy to help. They helped up organise a great trip to the underground river and also happy to take our bags before we checked in. Would definitely recommend.

Nice and clean, air-con + fan, hot water, everything you need. Owner and other staff are very nice and helpful. We asked for a breakfast at 5:30am and they were happy to do it for us. Highly recommend!
