Staffs are really good. Very responsive to an emergency situation. The room is spacious. But the pool needs a renovation.

Enjoyed our stay here. I asked them to prepare something for our 1st Wedding Anniversary and really did. My wife was surprised :) On top of the preparation, the place is really clean and good designs. No foul odor. Also, the best restaurant in town (Painted Table) is also the in house restaurant of the hotel. Lastly, this hotel is just walking distance to the souvenir shops and the Airport, yes, walking distance to the airport, but they also have a van who will take you to the Airport. So overall, this is a highly recommended place.

Staff service is great, big beds and clean and spacious shower and bath. Love the painting deco at the hotel, needs a touch of paint on the outside and some work done with their pool but overall the stay was comfortable.

Staff are very helpful with all my needs and requests (they processed my travel voucher in the LGU, heated some of my left over food. Hehe). Rooms are modern and you have everything (except robes and slippers, but that's fine) They call to ask if you want your breakfast to be served already. 2 minutes away from the airport. They have Hertz in the lobby so very convenient if you want to rent a car. Not crowded so I was able to use the swimming pool alone. Overall experience was great! 😀

Chez BJ Valdez is an excellent chef, a wonderful person, & his staff are very accommodating. The whole staff of the Canvas hotel are excellent. We stayed there for 4 days, & we felt that warm hospitality that the Filipinos are noted for. It felt like home to us. The beds are very comfortable, the location and the amenities are excellent. The Painted door restaurant is an asset to your hotel. We traveled all over the world, & nothing can compare to the excellent service from your staff. We had a great stay at Canvas Boutique Hotel! The rooms are big, good breakfast buffet and really good food in their menu.
The swimming pool is big enough to swim.
And the best part, ALL the staff are hospitable, courteous, and warmly attend to guests' requests
The hotel is as lovely as in the pictures. Truly IG worthy.

I have stayed in this beautiful hostel with 3 of my friends we have been traveling around the Philippine’s and this place was our last stop and we didn’t want to leave! It was luxury was start to finish, the people that work here are so friendly, welcoming and so help full! They make you feel at home, I would recommend this place to anyone! Xx.

We went to have lunch. Ambiance of the painted table restaurant is great we ordered beef salad and beef burrito. However, they serve the beef with bone! Quite disappointing eating in a restaurant like this people expect a high standard from chef.

Perfect location. Convenience at its best. Food was excellent and reasonably priced. Our entire family loved the meals especially the mushroom pasta and spaghetti. We ordered it for 2 consecutive days. Our room was a feast for the eyes we wanted to stay there the entire day. Beds were super comfortable and aircon was cool. Staff were excellent especially Kim and Jovelyn of Front Desk who helped us with the tour schedule. Will definitely book here again.

Not a good hotel for business travelers. Food is ok at best, staff is friendly. The biggest issue is that the internet is constantly going down. It happens so often that they have a permanent sign that they put up in the lobby when it is not working. Not impressed with much at this hotel, and the breakfast buffet is mostly dinner entrees.

One of the best boutique hotels I've been to! Canvas Boutique Hotel has amazing interiors done by Edwin Uy. It's colorful, spacious and comfortable. Each room has its own colorful mural as with its hallway and even toilets at the pool done by local artists. Exterior, it's one of the most recognizable and bold designs in the city. It's a very modern and design forward boutique hotel.

Convenient location. Green settings. Classy resto, good price, attentive staff. Unique pool. On the debit side: pricey food, no complimentary slippers.

3 stars because some of their food was fantastic. Some wasn't. Their coffee is great! There's a couple of tables by the pool where you can eat. I did not stay in the hotel so I won't comment on that.

Excellent choice to stay in Puerto Princesa. The location is absolutely wonderful. It locates right in front of the airport, and they still have free car to take you to the airport! You can go to many famous restaurants (like Kinabuchs) and a large SM mall with no more than 15mins on foot. The room, especially the pool is very nice and is decorated with modern style.

Highly recommended! Friendly and well trained staff which speaks good English and is ready to make your stay as comfortable as possible. Rooms are good and clean, very reasonable prices and a nice pool. Literally 3 minutes from the airport (which is not busy at all). Protip: ask reception to book some massage ladies for your room at PHP 500 (which is 7 pounds / 10 US Dollars) for a 1 hour session.

Service staff attentive enthusiasm, and any questions are quickly help to solve it. Hotel location adjacent to the city, go to the supermarket for dinner massage are very convenient, and whether it is travelling to or from there are free Shuttle on arrival and fresh fruit juice welcome drink. Because the flight was early arrival, the hotel can also help arrange the room let me into the rest. Through the hotel reservation of the trip are very satisfied with the price is also affordable, than the General outside go to OF also cheap. Upon check-in happens to be a friends birthday, in advance letter requested the hotel to help prepare a surprise little cake, the hotel, apart from anything else immediately reply no problem, day also told me repeatedly confirmed after our arrival in the room when the cake arrangements in the room. Carefully do the wobble, peer friends surprise and happy, Thank you very much. The hotel in every possible way to help, let us in Puerto Princesa, spend a comfortable and memorable vacation. If going again I would still want to stay at this hotel.

Very cute hotel, nice workers, great service, excellent dinner chooce menu. Painted table had extensive menu, and each item was great.

Great design style, the details are worth the experience, the staff young cordial, do everything possible to assist, even if my city tour itinerary is not here to book, or intimate help me contact. Rooms are comfortable, clean, bed and pillows comfortable. The quadruple room is NT $1600, although breakfast is not included, but the restaurant looks great!

The rooms are well designed I loved their buffet breakfast the food was awesome don't miss out in that. Their fresh juices are pretty good too. Little disappointed with the lunch and dinner menu, the crispy pork entree was too dry and way too salty. Staff is really friendly also if you book any excursion the agency they go through don't offer any partial refunds if you back out just before tour starts, my wife fell I'll and was hoping to get a partial refund but nothing.

The hotel staff are always smiling, polite and very accommodating. The location is just 3-5 mins away from the airport. Very accessible and the best part is you will just cross the street to buy pasalubong at MCA Pasalubong Market! Around the Market, you can find a stall wherein you can buy crocodile products. (Crocodile sisig is a must try! ) Rooms are very spacious and with comfy beds. Painted walls and pool area are instagramable. Also, Painted table offers quality food at an affordable price.

An excellent hotel, with amazing staff and nice rooms with excellent showers. The swimming pool is very nice and the rooms are large. The only downsides are the Wi-Fi is slow, the location is not so great (but it's ok, perhaps a 15 mins walk to the center) and the food at the restaurant is average.

Me and my friends Edilyn De Lara and Ewie Pontanilla spends 4days and 3 nights at this hotel. The service is good. Big room. Staff are curteous, always smiling and never say NO to us… they have seperate toilet and bath, I enjoyed the swimming pool. The food. Best of all Canvass Hotel is near the airport, pasalubong center and a tricycle terminal. We have our best boatman and an always smiling tourguide.
Just a hint… talk to tricycle driver for your city tour (butterfly Farm. Baker's Hill and Church) that wont cost you much… rate for this hotel? THE BEST!

Spacious room. Separate shower and toilet cubicles. Cable TV in the room. Wifi also available. Beautiful and clean swimming pool. Friendly staff. Limited but excellent tasting breakfast menu. 5 minutes away from the new Puerto Princesa Airport Terminal. Pasalubong center just accross the hotel. Minutes away from city center.

Very nice, new and clean hotel. As it's close to the main road it's quite noisy, even at night. It's a good starting and finishing point when flying to/from Puerto Princesa as it is close to the airport.

Great clean and modern hotel. Nice big pool, although quite leafy. Rooms were big too and weirdly had two double beds. Wifi wasn't great but experienced similar in Palawan. Lots of great wall art throughout the communal areas too. Breakfast was quite hit and miss – a great banana bread one day, then nowhere to be seen the other, same with some of the teas. However the restaurant (same space) was really good in comparison to local offerings – although the service could do with some improvement.

Canvas is a new hotel where the rooms are spacious, big enough for 2 people and a child. Two separate beds, big bathroom, desktop and big cabinet. It´s located close to the airport in Puerto Princesa and not far from the bus terminal and new market, there are jeepneys going there. The best area in the hotel is the pool where you can relax in the pool chairs, swimming or enjoying with a book that you can borrow. There is a small garden too. Painted Table is great place to have your breakfast with Filipino and Western choices, all the dishes are really tasty. We had dinner too and the food was delicious listening their chef recommendations. The hotel is very new and modern and the staff very friendly.

Lovely hotel with an even lovelier staff. Everyone here is so welcoming and they take an extra effort to make you feel treated like a royal family. The food was delicious in the restaurant and reasonably priced. Wish the AC wouldn't be so cold in the restaurant, but it was ok.
