Very relaxing ambiance and delicious foods😍😍

Second time around, lots of changes for better services. Celebrated my brother's birthday and my birthday, they gave us a surprise set up for dinner for the whole fam.
Still did not disappoint, budget friendly, beach front, sunsets, quiet, relaxing, and not crowded environment, very accomodating crew. Vacation? What more can you ask for? ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐️‍

All staffs we're very nice and very accomodating. Will book again for sure someday.

Nice and very helpful people. Good view of ocean and palm trees. There is no road to get there and taxi will drop you at a point and from there you have to walk on the sand with your bags. The electricity is available only for shorr time djring the day. Breakfast is OK. Peaceful place.

Great location on the beach, but the hotel is not well maintained. This could have been a really nice place if the facilities were better looked after.

Great location on a very nice beach, lot of bars and restaurants. Zipline above your head, just a 3min walk to Los Cabanas beach to watch the sunset. Recommended.

Alfie helped with all our bookings and tours. The nicest person and most helpful person in the world. People here are very nice and friendly and most of all, they always have a smile on their face.

The rooms are nice. And that's about it. Staff don't have a clue what hospitality means. We arrived for check in and got sent away 3 times as our room wasn't ready on time. Don't EVER go the their restaurant. My dish was so bad that I sent it back. I was told "well you ordered it so you're paying for it". The little bit I did eat gave me the worst food poisoning of my life and ruined the rest of my holiday. Whilst being violently ill and shivering the hotel staff couldn't do so much as organise me a blanket.

I love Alfie. The nicest person and most helpful person in the world. He helped with all our bookings and accommodations.

Amazing and relaxing. I enjoyed the service very much. And I think I came at the best time of the year. Not that many people around.

The view is just breath taking… the crew and the hotel staff are kind and accommodating… The price is just… And I like the drop off to this place, because you have to walk on the beach to get to their hotel…

Very polite customer service and awesome beach view. The only hassle, there is no transportation going to the resort so be ready to tackle the steep section of stairs totalling 72 flights and more than a 1/4 mile of walk to the resort. But overall, superb experience!

Rated 3 stars instead of 4 or 5 because of the staff treatment of their customers. The rest are good, the view the room etc.

Bad and expensive food. Small bottle of water for 40 pesos. : (Great location, though. Like a 2 minute walk from this nice part of the beach (see photo). Can still be improved in so many ways. Staff was helpful. :)

+: Hotel is located directly on the beach of Las Salami — the best beach in El Nido. You can undress in the room and put on beach shoes to go swimming. Very nice and sincere staff. The atmosphere is such that you feel not in the commercial hotel, and visiting good friends. We were with a child in advance and specified on the booking website that will pay 500 pesos for extra bed (for 4 days-2000). During checkout I wanted to pay, but the receptionist with a smile waved his hand — no, better come to us. Staff can arrange day trips at the same prices as in the city, but the boat goes almost empty. For a small fee get more comfortable. For example, in round C we were only four. A few dozen meters away, at the tip of Cape awesome sunsets! Delicious breakfasts and dinners. Near (directly above the hotel) a good zip line. Flight over the Bay to the neighbouring island. — : The rooms are "Spartan"; the cleaning only if you ask (but really, requests are made consistently and quickly). To the city far away, but there really is nothing to do (except to go to the market to buy some fruit). — Book a hotel in advance (two months). Later no seats. Conclusion: In my opinion the best hotel in El Nido by price-location-quality services. Definitely will come here again as a family!

Very lousy rooms. Small and far from clean. A bit far out from the city as well.

The location of the hotel on the map is wrong. It is located in Las Cabanas Beach Resort. Positives: Las Cabanas beach is at the doorstep of your room. You have got beautiful view in front of your room. Great breakfast. Good customer service. A/C is included in some rooms. It has an impressive zip line ending in a close by small island. Negatives: Room and shower are tiny and moldy due to high humidity. Electricity is cut from 12-5 pm due to the hotel has it's own electric generator. Room smells of insect repellent. It's a long walk down the stairs from the street to the hotel and no lights at night (some might find it uncomfortable). Help is provided to carry luggage to the room. We booked a room for 7 days but decided to move to another hotel on 2nd day due to inconvenience.
