I booked through the RedDoorz app. The room they assigned me in was room 205. The floor was water damaged and it felt unsanitary to stepped on. It says that we’ll have a queen size bed. But we got two single beds put together to create a bigger bed… The TV can barely be used, I couldn’t watched YouTube nor any shows, not even the TV Plus they had in the room. The internet is about the speed of a dial-up as well. I was charged 60 pesos for charging my scooter for 3 hours. My scooter charges for 8 hours in order to be full charged, and full charge only costs about 5php to 15php. It’s a cost efficient scooter, but the manage to pull 60php from me. Check out was at 12pm, but the helpers were already telling me to checkout even if it was just 11am. I had to insist because I was still preparing the things. She also knocked on my door without wearing any face masks, and roams around the hall without it, cleans the room without it. So I don’t know how sanitary and safe this place really is… From the beginning, it took forever to settle in, and I didn’t ask, the helper would not provide our room key code and the Wi-Fi password… I’m sure they could do better, but it felt like their whole service is complacent. We did not feel welcome. I saw their review from the RedDoorz app and it was 3.8 out of 5. I feel like they can do a lot better, but with what they’re showing, highly doubt it.

The place is nice, clean, decent and staff are very friendly. The room is spacious, the bed is sooo comfy, the sheets are premium, the bathroom is clean and very accessible. I love that they gave free toiletries given their rate is very economical (I didn't expect it). Plus the owner is very responsive and accommodating. ♡ I feel safe here. I feel at home. I just love the vibes of this place. Perfect for your me-time, work staycation (Wi-Fi is superb! ), and even staycation with your family. ♡ I highly recommend The Leaf House and will definitely come back here. 🤍
