Place is organized and clean. Recommended for a family outing not for single or duo stay though.

Too Hot water shower, no free mineral water and hot water, you have to buy it for 5.00/cup. They re — used plastic cups. Staff were unfriendly. Foods served were not good enough.

The resort is just new so the place feels and looks good and new. We enjoy our stay so much we want more. The staff is not that friendly and that they don't know customer service yet and it's expexted as it seems like the Owner hired the cheap not educated fellas as to save manpower costing. The location is a walking distance from the shore so it's not that close to where the party and events normally happened. The thing here is the place is crowded and if you love the hush of the it then the place is good for you. You don't expect peace and serenity from the place as it is like a place for party goers. There is no clean water available in the island, clean water that costly. What I love the most is the moment I'm with the coolest people to be with. The place is decent enough you would to asked for more.

One night was more than enough, but we had to be there for two nights. The plan was 7 days. The rooms were dirty and in bad condition. Lot of noise from other guest, not because they were loud, but because there wasn't any isolation around doors. Our door to the bathroom could not even close (room 205). Ants were crawling on all the walls around us. The TV signal didn't work probably, fault out all the time. The facility's were not as expected at all, the pool closed 7.30pm. The didn't clean the rooms during the day, no new towels or blankets. Only good thing was the Wi-Fi in the reception. We left after two nights. I have visited a lot of hotels in the Philippines, but this is no doubt the worst I have been at.

Actually everything is ok except for the Asst. Manager Tess who assisted us in Batangas pier she was so arrogant. She should just apologised since she and the one handling the booking is not well coordinated she let us wait from 7:30 to 8:30. She even blame one of our collegues who arrive their earlier on their mishaps. She texted her staff in the hotel so when we arrive her staff is mad with what I did. They even serve rotten food the next day. I already talk to the owner I hope she listen to the customer since her business is a service oriented industry. She said that I will meet her that night but then until the morning of our check I haven't seen her.

Sea Jewel resort was cheap and had a very comfortable stay. The staff at the reception and the restaurant were friendly. I stayed with my family for two nights and we had no regrets. Close to the white beach (150m away)

No free toiletries. No door view hole. Not issuing Official Receipts. They charge you for a mug of hot water. Dammmm.

The place is very warm and cozy… though they do not provide Wi-Fi connection to their guests (the data connection in the island is a bit weak) it still is a good place to stay in.

It was ok. Our room was at the third floor and they didn't have elevators. Also, the Wi-Fi was only in the lobby so I burned through 2 gb of my mobile data. Beach was nice though.
