You really should be ashamed that you consider yourself part of the hospitality industry. There was no one in the reception area. Guests don't have their own key copy. The bed sheet is dirty. I'm not even sure if that refrigerator is still working, but I bet, it isn't. The mattress is so thin, you could feel the bed frame. Fire detector is not attached. And oh, that smell when I entered the room? No, I just couldn't breathe. I have a lot to say about my 1 hour stay (I booked for 2 nights, btw) but I'll stop here. Please change the way you handle things or maybe, just close down.

The tap water is not clean and it is smelly specially the tap water in the restroom very smelly. The room is clean but looks old and creepy hahaha!
