Nice place with fast internet (with netflix! )

The rooms are okay yet the water is jusko. The TV has no connection. Not worth a thousand. May bitak pa from lindol.

Staff are soo much friendly approachable nice and kind also I didn't expect to change my room to suite one and ofcourse affordable lang sya thank you GB ♥

Hotel is ok but noisy coz there is a pet hospital downstairs.

Affordable room rates and good location. Coffee shop at fascade. This hotel offer massage therapy and laundry service to its client.

The people are very nice and accomodating but there are a lots of points of improvement. I have been in two different rooms 4 days. Room 11 is nice except for the TV which views shows in half screen only. So I requested to be transferred to any room available with the same price. Room 9 has good television however, walls has scratches and even marks of burned socket. The shower drainage cannot absorb all the water. Also, I suggest that you include hot choco in the breakfast menu for people who has issues with coffee like me with hyperacidity. The area is located near a petshop so expect the smell of animals.

Smelly Room. I even requested for a air freshener but still its the same. Also there's a bonus cockroach if you got lucky hehe.

Budget friendly. Has all basic necessities you'd want at a hotel. Very accomodating staff.

The Wi-Fi is good. But it is disheartening to be ushered in a room with messy bed and a faulty toilet drain that emitted bad odor. When ushered to the twin bed, the bed linen was still not well made. I feared that it was already used and was not changed. The other bed was had no linen at all. The staff is not always minding the reception area and was always in one of the rooms. She seemed untrained and did not know how to serve the client well. She did not see how wrong the sight of a messy bed was to a paying client. It seems that guard was only present in the evening since there was nosecurity outside in the afternoin when I checked and when I got out in the morning. What I cannot understand was seeing the staff sleeping in one of the rooms and facing me when I checked out still in her night clothes. Sayang ang hotel, the investors must see the value of paying a competent staff and making sure the hotel facilities function well.
