Pacific Surfer's Paradise Resort 1. When we arrived at 6pm, we had no room and my contact person is not around. (Their one and only air-conditioned room is occupied by a Mayor of a town) 2. The manager did not investigate first nor asked my contact person who was I and what was the situation. * The manager, explained to me that you are no longer connected with agoda. I showed him the exchanging of sms between me and my contact person and yet he has the same answer — No longer connected with agoda. 3. I conceded. We were about to leave when they called. (The manager and my contact person came to us). "Sabi mo kasi agoda eh. " As he showed me the email from Asian Travel Agency. He also confirmed my name. So we really had a reservation. I really had no idea that Agoda booked me to Asian Travel. 4. "Paano yan sir, 800 ang available room ninyo. " (I paid 3, 111.72 to be exact, for 2 nights. ) My husband said — baka pwede ipalit sa foods yung difference.   5. The manager was reluctant and told me — "Nagpalit kayo ng date eh. "  6. I answered back — your staff told me that it was ok and there is no fee. So he said yes. 7. I chose C1 room. They cleaned the room and put 2 electric fans. It was I believe the worst room. Their staff offered us a room which is in their main building. But I prefer not to have neighbors so I got this worn out cottage. 8. Came the following day — We had our breakfast 125.00 for each x 4, total of 500. Now, we asked for hot water — 10.00 per cup.

Our experience in this property was exceptionally good. Of the three resorts by the beach that we have stayed on this one by far has given us a satisfactory service. Its just sad that they do not have bigger and decent airconditioned room. But in terms of service they have been good to us our entire stay in tge property. The food here is a bit pricey too but at least they are cooked well and tastes good. They mainly have nipa cottages which prices ranges from Php700.00 non aircon and Php1, 500 airconditioned. No TV in the aircon room. The staff/manager was generous and approachable. We were able to utilize their barbecue grill, table and chsirs without any extra charges. If you are to go to this part of the town I would suggest you drop by the local stores, buy the basic things that you'd be needing during your stay in the beach unless you like hiking. Goods sold in the beach area are unreasonably overpriced.
