Employee are very accommodating and friendlymy son and daughter love the milk tea here.

The food was really good and affordable. I love the sotanghon bam-i. One of the besteller. Must try! The staff are super friendly too!

They never change bath towels and complimentary drinks as well as toiletries.
Even the bed sheets. We have to request over and over before they will provide it.

I stayed here last weekend since I just want to relax from my hectic schedule though I am living 2 towns away from the area. The staff are friendly indeed just what the previous reviewers stated. My room was spacious, clean, comfy bed. The design of the room is great,. They have bar which opens from 9pm to 1:00am, the bar also allow outsiders. The food is great, though hmm a little bit pricey but the serving is ok if your really hungry. They have breakfast buffet. Yu…mmy I recommend lsquare guys if your planning to stay here in tarlac city. Though just check first the aircon of your assign room it may not have the low temp that you want. And… in my room… the TV do not have cable channels.

This is one of tarlac's best hotel. Not to pricey but place is elegant as well.

Comfort room don't flush and other amenities don't work properly. Its not worth the amount I paid.

The hotel is just fine though the room is a bit small but I love having a mini fridge inside. Location is accessible and along the highway… Limited parking area compared to other hotels I visited in Tarlac City Buffet breakfast is the best and staff are accommodating. Hallways are too dark and lack proper lighting or its just their deaign Wifi connection is poor, I call to call the lobby to check their internet and most of the time I used my data connection.

Service was exceptional. The food in the Cafe was tops although they never had mangos, which is probably the best thing to drink in the Fils. The little ac was more powerful than my car and kept the room like ice. The hot water took a minute but was very reliable after a few minutes running. The Wi-Fi was dodgy but that may have been bad luck or timing. The only real down side was the weird window near the door to the room that let the hallway light in all night every night. Apart from that I would recommend this place if you're in Tarlac for a day or two.

We just checked out of L Square Hotel. We had 2 rooms for 2 nights. During our checked in we were informed that we were upgraded as the room that we originally booked is not yet ready. We were upgraded to Business suites rooms 118 and 120. We trully appreciate the upgrade to suppose to be a better room quality and convenience. However, our expectations of quality and convenience was broken. Why? On room 120… when were about to sleep last Thursday night my 6 year old son saw… something on the wall. To our surprise… it was a termite! Since we were so tired from our travel we did not bother to complain. And on room 118 the Restroom drainage was clogged and my cousins who were staying on that room also saw TERMITES onside the hotel cabinets. So the following morning… I asked the frontdesk person for a manager. Unfortunately, since it ws a Holy Week the manager was also not available. So I asked who do I speak to complain our rooms. Migo who is on duty took the resposibility. I asked him to accompany me to our room and pointed the Termites location. He acknowledge and apologized to the situation. The resolution again in my complain is for another room upgrade. Again, Our family appreciated the room upgrades. However, I hope that the mangement of L Square Hotel will take their Housekeeping Seriously. Because they might eventually loose their business because of Sanitation.

Affordable room accommodation. Comfortable. Simple but satisfying buffet breakfast. Wi-Fi signal needs improvement though. Accommodating staff.

Rooms and internet are good, but I have doubts on the honesty of some staff in the dining area.

Decent enough rooms. If staying for a long period of time, you'll start to notice the lack of a regular cleaning schedule… or rather the lack of insistence to clean a room. If you don't specifically direct them to clean your room, they won't. The breakfast that goes along with your stay is pretty good. The restaurant staff is pretty good as well. Advice: Don't take the highest floor rooms as they are near the top where there is a bar… the sounds from the top bleed through to the floor right beneath it.

Place is beautiful. Staffs are very kind. I recommended it to my Japanese friend and she loved it as well. Food is also great!

Value for money 1200 a nite good for 2. With free buffet bfast too.

They will welcome you with their warmest smile and greetings… truly, the customer satisfaction is not about how big their company or how elegant their amenities are but a simple hello or welcome can make their costumers truly satisfied.
