Poor customer service. Staff needs proper training for handling customers.

Try investing for water tank and generator for electricity. Also, some of your staffs are not friendly and not accommodating.

The place is so clean and a quite place to stay.

My family and I enjoyed our stay because of there indoor games. They have accommodating and courteous staff and really a place to relax and chill. The scenery was beautiful and have clean environment. You can also bring your own electric cooking tools. Looking forward for your water activities.

My family had a great time at the resort. We fell inlove with the simple & relaxing ambiance. I hope you could add a cottage that could accommodate 6-7 pax in the future so my whole family could stay there next time.

The place is tidy and serene. The beach is clean too even after the typhoon good thing it stopped when we were there. Staff is very pleasant and accommodating. We will definitely visit Golden Vine again.

We are supposed to check in at the resort nearby, but we simply don’t like the ambiance. A few blocks away, we found Golden Vine Beach Resort. As we enter the premise, we fell in love at first sight The place is simply perfect! It is not crowded, so clean and quiet. The sumptuous foods really taste good The sceneries are relaxing and so inviting to stay. We are so lucky to have discovered this heaven like place. More than just a family bonding, we had a quick and yet most memorable summer escapde. Thanks to Mike, the most wonderful and accommodating staff I highly recommend this place… while it’s not crowded.

We all had a great time. We stayed here from April 8 to 9. The place was perfect for family and groups. Sonny, Nick, Vernon and Jem and their whole staff made our stay an enjoyable one. They took care of us like we were family. We will surely come back. I would highly recommend the Golden Vine to all my friends and relatives.
