Good, friendly staff. And has promo to make the package affordable. The breakfast buffet is not too impressive anyway.

It's great ambiance and friendly staff.

We just celebrated my daughter's 16th birthday there and we enjoyed our stay in the hotel. The general manager is lovely and very kind. The staff are courteous. We love the food at The Nest and so the music played by the band.

Vivere Hotel has an amazing General Manager with superb and personal touch accomodation of clients. I couldn't ask for more. I am thankful I have a good friend in Rotary like CP and my DDS for Service Projects Elvie Quiazon.

Vivere Hotel was our preparation venue during our wedding last January and I can say that it is one of the best decisions that we've made for our wedding. The manager was so nice that she went to our room, on the day of the wedding, to tell us that we can use their grandest room for the pictorial! Aside from that, I can also say that they've trained their staff really well. Those that we've interacted were courteous and customer service oriented. The 3 rooms that we got were also clean and well maintained. Plus, the buffet was satisfying! ♥️♥️♥️

The rooms are clean and comfortable. We booked for deluxe room but when we checked in, they bring us to a bigger room which looks for like a suite, no upgrade fee. The staffs are very accommodating and courteous. The foods at The Nest was really great and delicious. The ambiance was made more romantic by the night view of laguna bay and the metro, plus the jazz music. We a so had fun at the lama pool ☺

Had a great hotel experience when we attended earlier today and yesterday for a seminar regarding contract management. The room is fully air-conditioned, the staff are all smile and assisting us in all our needs plus the food is great. Hope to have another chance to be at vivere.

Superb service! The staff is really accommodating. Especially the breakfast Buffet is so fantastic! there are a lot of foods to choose from. The rooms are very clean and spacious really recommend this hotel!

I love its lobby and its rooms. Though I only went in one, I liked the layout and the size of their rooms. Their pool is also spacious and their security is good that even though you can get in and up the elevators, you can't get in the hallways unless you have the tap key at hand.

Staff are friendly and very polite, however the rooms and facilities was old and need some renovation. Room Sound proofing was bad, I can hear the next rooms conversation. Parking lot was dis-organised and smelly.

First Five Star hotel in Filinvest City Alabang. Known for its excellent customer service. Lined with array of unique guest rooms. Crowned with The Nest restaurant at the top floor and a 180 degree view of the city. Vivere hotel will surely satisfy.

Great Hotel! Their buffet is to die for. Went there for an event. The staff were very friendly. I also went for a function (ball) there at vivere and dare I say it was superb, very professional and the lobby was extremely fancy. The only downside about this hotel is that the drop off area there isn't really much of a drop off it's more of a just the side of road kind of thing so it was hard when being dropped off.

This place is very elegant, formal, and perfect to be a venue for an event, to have a staycation, to chill and such. There facilities are so pleasing on the eyes since its aesthetically decorated or designed. The architecture on the place is so perfect. The views on the rooftop is so amazing and the environment is very much enlightening.

Exceptionally friendly and approachable staff! Their rooms are pretty and feel rather homey. The views from the Nest restaurant are breath taking and with the aid of live Jazz music and the city lights, it can be a very romantic spot for dinner or drinks.

The Nest on the top floor has a smoking area. The Nest still has that upscale feel. A lot of Caucasian and businessmen frequent the place. A jazz band keeps patrons entertained.

They have shuttle ride within Alabang vicinity like most hotels in the area which is nice when you wanna get out and go around the place. They will provide you anything you need fast. The room is so big and has a nice view. Can be easily located.

Centrally located to several shopping malls and restaurants in the Alabang area. Great ambience rooftop deck restaurant, windy live jazz bar at night though a little loud. Nice rooms more like a condo.

We stopped in for some mid morning coffee and snacks. The staff were very informative, gracious and accommodating. The food was great and the view overlooking the bay was top notch!

We stayed here to celebrate my son’s birthday. And this is so far the best hotel we have stayed in terms of service. This is the first hotel which did not let us wait for check-in. The check-in docs, which are normally prepared only when the guest approaches the reception desk, is already prepared. What’s more surprising is that our room is ready upon our arrival and the front desk staff even ushered us to the hotel room where our check-in procedure was done. The Executive Suite is also nice as well as the restaurant and the food. The pool is good, though, it would be better if they have a kid’s pool. Overall this hotel is recommended!

Nice and decent hotel. Lobby is great. Rooms are clean and and cozy. I really like their staff as they are very accomodating and friendly. The food is delicious. They also near malls and establishments so this is a plus.

Location is perfect. Right next to the festival mall (2 minute walk) which has tons of restaurants, a supermarket, pharmacy, banks, salons, activities for kids. They have courtesy shuttle that will take you to nearby places and will pick you up. This is a nice service to have. The staff are very accommodating and go out of their way to help you. Customer service is superb here. Parking is part of the hotel stay and is complimentary. The rooms are clean, come with a little fridge and tiny freezer, coffee maker but no microwave. You can order room service and the food is spectacular. I ordered the Asian soup (ramen with seafood) which was an excellent meal after a long day. They have a kids play area which is really for kids under 4, a Jacuzzi, gym with trainers and a spa service. They have a sushi restaurant which I can't really say anything about since I didn't try but the nest restaurant at the top floor has an awesome view. They have a live band on the weekends with all you can drink wine as long as you buy tapas. Definitely will stay here when in alabang. I prefer it over crimson.

This is our go to staycation spot. Nice location just steps away from shopping at festival mall and the new landmark mall that just opened. Also just a 20 minute walk to one of two hospitals. Our son really enjoyed the pool. The included buffet breakfast was pretty good. All of the staff were top notch. And provided us with 5 star service.

We dined at the Nest and it have a nice evening view of the surroundings. During our visit there were strong winds so it's nice for girls to not wear dresses that can be easily blown away. We ordered salmon and lamb shank. The salmon was great but the lamb shank is just okay. The staffs are welcoming and accomodating. The music band that night is also great. A visit will definitely worth the try.

Experienced The Nest for the first time… food options is very small compared to price but it's very well worth it! The food is fantastic! Amazing view of the lake and Alabang business center as well!

Came here for a two-day stay-out seminar. The function room is ok, well lighted and ventilated. It's a bit dated but facilities work just fine. The food tastes good, so 4-stars for that.

This spacious (65 sqm) one bedroom suite enclosed by mostly glass walls offering a stunning view of the nature scenery and business district of Filinvest Corporate City and the magnificent view of Laguna de bay and the metropolis skyline are furnished and equipped with complete amenities that include LCD Television Set with cable and DVD players, complimentary broadband internet access, in-Room safety box, IDD/NDD facilities, kitchenette facilities (for penthouse floor rooms), in-room coffee / tea making facility, daily replenishment of bottled water, daily local newspaper delivery, among others. It's other premium facilities are something I would like to commend as well like the pool, gym and jacuzzi. Of course the food at The Nest Dining in the Sky are all worth to try from dinner to breakfast. They are all satisfying and delectably-prepared that will surely stimulate your senses on a high note. Shocking state of a 5 star… I dont know how they got this ranking… its not even a 3 star. Its a service appartment. Like a AirBnb. Floor tiles… a pathetic excuse for a kitchennett. Tea kettles cheap quality … he whole kettle body become as hot as the water inside. Broken power Wires are taped. Beds seem to be with spring mattress… sofa with the cushions sewen on. So small u can hardly fit into it. Breakfast average… room have individual aircon with cracks on the joints. And eye sore… Pool or is it a pond could not quite figure it out… either way not a great sight… If u wanna stay in this area. Choose Crimson.!

I been there couple of time. It's a great place to eat as a gourmet restaurant. The view, live violin & piano music, the 1st class service, the delicious food. Excellent place to take a girlfriend, wife, parents or any special friend on a special occasion. I'm too freaking wild to go constantly to places like this and I'm telling you this place is excellent for special occasions.

The staff has always been nice to us. Even as a supplier or as a guest. For facilities, not that much compare to the hotels around the area but it's the customer service that made me give them 5 stars.

Very nice hotel! No fuzz and swift check-in. Huge room complete with amenities. Towels and sheets are immaculately clean which is tops for me! Great view from the Skylounge (rooftop resto). It was raining when we had our early dinner so no chance to capture a sunset pic! We enjoyed the free breakfast esp. The crispy bacon, superb! The staff are nice and accommodating. I feel secured in this hotel. Great choice!

Relatively new hotel in the southern Metro Manila with a popular rooftop bar that gives a great view of the city. Easy access from South Super Highway (SLEX) and with sufficient parking. Walking distance from Festival Mall.

Marvellous night time view from the 31st floor Skylounge. Skylounge is very good value for money. Service and food quality as expected from 4 stars. Spa price and quality as expected from 4 stars. Room amenities a bit below standard, but rooms are in general OK.
