The accommodation is very perfect. It's a home away from home.

Every time my husband and I going holiday to the Philippines we are staying on this Hotel Soriente. Very easy to go shopping, restaurant, Church. Etc. Peoples are friendly, helpful, trustworthy,, Thank you Regards to all of you

Very cheap. Big room. Good airconditioning. Near restaurants and convenience stores.

Poor customer service. They are not changing beddings and curtains full of dash. And for your extension hours you will be shocked they will charge you a big amount they wont remind or tell you will just know it when your about to check out. I will never come back to in this hotel.

Nice mid-size hotel with decent size rooms. Perfect location — many stores, mall, LRT rail system a 5-10 min walk which lets you easily access many other parts of Manila. Larry the doorman will help you find anything you need.

2 inch thick bricks for pillows, unable to sleep on them and staff will not do anything but charge me for another brick. That and they charge for EVERYTHING. The listing may say a fridge is included but if you plug it in… another charge.

Nice place to stay affordable if you have your kids or siblings with you with Wi-Fi and cable TV and fully airconditioned room they also have hot water for shower Malapit sa robinsons place manila, luneta partk and st lukes extension clinic.

A nice smalle hotel in the heart of ermita. Near rizal park and the big Robinson's place. Near LRT. Its a safe place. Has Wi-Fi, hot water, tv, telefon. No restaurant. Very friendly staff. Cozy place. Love it.

The room I got was really spacious, old but clean, has a TV with lots of channels to choose from, wide bed. The seating area is wonderful, too. There's no biddet in the bathroom but they provide a "tabo". Cold and hot shower worked well. I didn't have any problems with the air-condition.
Five Stars for the staff. They are so friendly and accomodating.
Need improvements for sound proofing. Not a very big issue if you use earplug though. The lights are also too dim. Much better if they will be changed from yellow to white.

Honestly id like to give 3 stars but I cant. Hotel Soriente charged me around 300php for just using the phone for a couple min for a local call in Manila. I have never ever been charged anything for using a telephone in a hotel room for local calls. I have stayed in around 20 hotels around Philippines never once did I experience this. There was no warning from the hotel staff or anyone. I asked the front desk lady to let me speak to owner or manager about this nonsense she said they dont like to speak to customers. Welcome to Philippines right? Where customer service is non existent.

Very good very clean very helpfull staff. Near to eating possibilities & nearby Robinsons place Mall and Rizal Park… Wi-Fi-Signal could be stronger.

Good location if you are applying for visa for US Canada or new Zealand. Though they dont have room service for food, there arw places to eat around the area.

Safe and accessible. Desk officers ms charmaine, ms gisselle, ms. Carla and the only gentleman are friendly and polite. As well as the guards and housekeepers. We Like them!

Stayed twice in this here since it was really close to St. Lukes. Room was spacious, but not quite clean. There were cockroaches when I opened their mini fridge, and in the bathroom as well. When compared to the hotel next to it, theirs were really unclean. Wifi only at the libby, and staff werent quite friendly. Wont stay there again as there is a better option.

Good enough to sleep in for a medical exam in st. Lukes.

I stayed in this hotel for like 4x already because our office is located nearby. My recent stay in their hotel was December 16-19, 2015, I left my pouch that consists of passbook, passport and ids without my idea. They called my officemates attention and the concern reached me. I immediately call them and they brought my pouch in our office. Thank you for your service. Especially the person who found my pouch. May God Bless you!

NIce people, clean room, good hot water in the shower (Thank you, Thank you! ), Air con works great and not noisy like a lot of hotel air con units,, and our room is very quiet way up high! Close to St. Lukes and the US Embassy … was one of the more affordable hotels … Walking distance to Robinson's … Robinson's is so huge you can get lost!

Location is perfect from where I needed to be that day. I appreciate the staff taking the initiative to invite my elderly parents in (while I was at St. Luke's clinic for my medical exam) for early check in without charging us for extra fee. I got the cark park space that I need too. It's a basic and clean hotel. Just right for the price and what I need that day. I am happy.

Have enjoyed staying in this hotel several times, helpfull staff, clean rooms, good rates and close to every thing. Hoping to return again'.
