Very affordable. Very friendly and helpful Staff especially Nikki & Erlyn from the Front Desk. A bit dissappointed with Noel from front desk as when we asked him for printing documents he was asking for php35/ — per page whereas in the morning when we asked again from Nikki it was only php 15/ — per pg. Like what the heck!

Highly recommended for events, rooms are quite old but the staff is very friendly and helpful.

We left our two towels in the room and when we were back, they were gone. Housekeeping insisted they left it, and the receptionist is arrogant and unhelpful.

Just along Escriva Drive Ortigas Center, side by side with several restaurant and establishments and very accesible to public trandport!

The experience is ok for the room size, representation design. Also a plus is that they have indoor pool which I guess much better if it will have heater since its indoor and water will be too cold since it does not expose to sunlight. One of downside is the TV quite surprise for a big hotel that does not have cable TV cannot watch HBO, AXN, cartoon network etc. Only local channels available so if you have kids they will be bored. Wi-Fi is also not good it cannot even reach our room. Security guard is not trained enough to identify which is the guest and which is not. Need training on costumer service. So here is our experience which I hope will help you decide if you will stay long or just a sleep over.

Accomodating receptionist, great food, and fun indoor activity! Do you want to have an escape room experience? Book one room in this hotel and make sure to go inside the comfort room without any items. Lock the CR and let the game begin! No joke. I nearly died inside. But thanks to games and instincts, I got out after 40 minutes or so.

The receptionist is very accommodating. The room is clean, the bed and pillows are very comfY, the bathroom is clean. The rate was really value for money. Safe surroundings with a lot of convenience store in the vicinity. I am recommending this to those who want to travel more and pay less. Good Job zenrooms!

Ive stayed at zen rooms… Very budget friendly, accommodating staffs. Nice clean rooms! Near food stores. Walking distance to sm mega mall. Its realy good for those in manila on a slim budget or looking for a longer stay with lesser pay! Kudos ZenRooms!

Staff were awesome, great customer service. The pool is clean and big enough, it's not too shallow unlike in other condotels.

When it comes to zen rooms. We got 2 rooms worth 3, 367.00 vat inc. The room good for 2pax is very small no kitchen then the room good for 4pax malaki sya pwede up to 6pax. Hindi kmi makapagpadeliver because both rooms has no telephone lines. From 24flr bumaba pa kmi pra mag order sa jolibee/yellowcab almost 10mins walk away. No complementary waters kulang ang toiletries. The receptionist room smells cigar and alcohol but well accomodated nmn. Pool is from 7am to 10pm its 2ft for kiddos is separated in to 4ft to 5ft adultpool.

Upon checked in waited for more than 1 hour at the reception area before directed to my assigned room which turned out to be a wrong room actual assigned room is on the next floor. Upon entry air conditioning not ready room temp is hot, Wi-Fi router not connected. Access to Wi-Fi is very inconvenient (everytime you go out of the hotel and go back you need to log on again inorder to connect and most of the time username and password failed). Guard good, housekeeping good. Front desk staff satisfactory. Over all rating : will think twice before staying here again.

The location is very convenient. Clean room combined with friendly, courteous staffs made our stay a superb experience! it was the best value for its price! Looking forward to staying in this establishment again. Two big thumbs up guys!

A best hotel in the area. Just in front of NEDA at the back of UA&P school.

A place with disastrous customer service, they take advantage of the rooms rented through 3rd parties and reap the benefits of having guests order food at the poolside but they won't allow those same guests to use the Wi-Fi, we won't be back!

Poor Wi-Fi connection in function area. Only three elevators servicing 30+ floors.

To be honest this room is small. And there isn't Wi-Fi, shampoo, and soap at there. But it's near to ministop (the minimarket near the the hotel) and it's near food stall and cafe where you can try (actually I like korean resto near there where you can enjoy) And also the place is near to university of asia pacific (ua&p). There are many students also who stay at their suites.

Location is strategic to government agencies like NEDA and DepEd. However, traffic is massive going to and from this place. Not a very convenient place to stay.

Good and spacious room with very comfortable bed. Room is toddler friendly, and the appliances are just out of reach for kids. Unfortunately our Wi-Fi had issues but the staff managed to fix it promptly. The indoor pool was a bit small and the shallowest area was 2 feet deep which is worth noting if you have any 2 year old kids and below. The area is also surrounded by great eating places so we recommend this place for a great stay overall. We will definitely be coming back. Oh and if you have a big car, do note that the parking area is difficult to navigate due to the tight twists and turns. But the parking staff are very helpful.

Reasonable rates, close to shopping malls and decent accommodations.

The hotel is nice considering the location. The rooms are clean and well maintained. Also, If you're looking for restaurants, or something to eat, Food Stores and Fastfood Restaurants are just walking distance. And, they also give their guests the luxury to enjoy, relax and exercise since they also have their own Gym.

At first, the room was good but there are some insects like small cockroach. The indoor pool is good, the Wi-Fi is too slow (only in the lobby has a good connection). We stayed overnight so I need to pay also my parking fee worth 310 pesos.

At first, I didn't think about reading reviews about hotels or anything etc. Online until I got too curious and checked it on fb. We're on our way to the hotel when I read some negative stuff about the hotel and the hotel staffs. I was not expecting about the "towel thingy" so they say "modus" but in my mind I knew what I needed to do in case. Upon checking in, I did tell the staff that we won't be using any towels because we brought our own. And the lady at the front desk told me we can still use the towels (2 pcs) inside. I didn't notice anything unwelcome, the front desk staffs are nice and we love our room. It was clean, neat and I love the interiors, and we soooo love the view (30th floor) from our room. There's just one thing that we want sana to add lang sa Rest room. I hope next time they can have bidet but we can't really complain because if you're looking for a hotel around the city, 4 star, friendly and accomodating staffs and very accessible sa mga restaus or even your fav fast food chains (coz we have kids) and budget friendly. I would recommend this hotel. Bitin lang sa time because we thought about at first checking the pool area but when my first born saw the pool nakapagswimming siya agad then upon check out, it was okay, the usual waiting and someone would check the room and we were not charged for anything (ready naman in case meron ipacharge coz I took photos) naibalik din yung depo. So thumbs up! Hope to stay there again next time!

The place is good since we are in 24th floor we enjoyed the view and the place.

Great views, excellent staff and a nice location in the city of Manila. However, I should say getting to and from the hotel during rush hours can be worst than hell in Manila traffic. Also the included breakfast pancakes are amazing.

Great, I was living in a condo here for 6 months. Over all we don't feel luxury accommodation here. Gym is very small, less number of equipments. Pool area is cool. Game room is too short for table tennis, lifts are okay, the lobby is well lit. Very hot corridor at all floors. Nice view from PH, but mellinia reserves game room or basketball rooms often for parties by gueats. More over, guests complaining about noise who lives under basketball area.
