The receptionist with glasses was very rude. I didn't have a towel inside the room. The room was on the ground floor. At night it was impossible to sleep because the staff were so loud at night, talking, laughing. They didn't care about the hotel guests. Overall very bad experience. I booked it via booking and funny enough they managed to block the option for me to leave the review.
budget friendly, the room was already good for the price you paid. staff were nice but they were not able to gave us a tissue the next day when we stayed for 2 nights. they have single staff at their skybar and was attending order and do the food at the same time. the hotel is near the convenience store and sidewalk vendors and eatery.

Room aircondition is not cold at all, sheets and pillowcases is not clean. We asked for another room but still the same condition. All aircons are dirty so it's suffocating inside the room. Service is even more awful because the staff won't even offer you any resolution. They are other places that is also cheap but offers much more cleaner room and with cold AC that you can sleep comfortably.
