Love the place, it's very cozy and comfy :)

— We can clearly hear the guests from the room beside ours. Recorded it to complain.
— No complimentary kit was given E. G. Toothbrush.
— The bathroom sink does not drain properly.
— The people from the concierge does not pick-up.

Clean room? SUPERB staff? FRIENDLY STAFF service? 100% GOOD view? SO RELAXING.

Very accessible either by car or by foot. If you love walking, you can easily walk your way through from EDSA SM ayala down to its front desk. Along the pathway are food stalls and restaurants to choose from. The room is just perfect for travellers, a bed, a small side table, a tv, a small fridge. No working or business table, no closet but you can hang your clothes on one side as there are some pieces of hangers. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. You'll surely have a good sleep. The toilet and bath are adjacent but are separate, with two sliding doors. The walls, I think are kinda thin coz I hear my neighbor sneezing. Nevertheless, I love this place. The stay is just simply perfect.

It's really cool and cozy. Thumbs up! It was a holiday when I visited to meet a friend who is also a tenant here. I have just been to their lobby and the second level where there are coffee shop, gym and few restaurants. The security guards are warm and welcoming. Sorry, I was so excited with my mentoring session that I forgot to take some photos.

Everyone's nice and helpful. However most of the rooms have share doors from which you csn hesr your neighbors and the position of TV makes it not watchable.

Small rooms, similar to a narrow hallway. Only a bed, no closet, no chair, not even a night table because there is not room for anything. Staff is very professional and goes above and beyond expectations. Lobby and restaurants are nice and clean. Great central location.

Most comfortable pillows have had. Unique room design. Secure facilities and parking. Courteous staff. Dean and DeLuca is at the Ground floor!

Staff are always courteous and attentive. Rooms are tiny but well designed and modern. They do a nice job of keeping it clean. Walls are too thin though. Sound easily passes through next door if speaking slightly louder.

Loved that the place is convenient and easy access. It's in the heart of Makati and the malls are near. There are a lot of food establishments too, just walking distance from the place. Most of all, the staff are all very accommodating and very friendly and very eager to make your stay as comfortable and as relaxing as possible. Must try Dean and Deluca in the ground floor. They have an amazing baby back ribs. :)

Clean, compact, convenient. Stripped down to the necessities of a comfortable bed, ample storage space, a hot shower, and a television. This mini hotel, the size of which is somewhere in between a full-sized hotel room and a Japanese capsule room, gives you the full hotel experience for a fraction of the price and the square meterage.

The rooms are small, although the pillows and mattress was really soft. The TV was at a weird angle which it was really hard to watch. I can hear the other tenants over at the other room. But, it was a good view of the city at night with its wide windows.

Very nice and courteous staff. I stayed in one of it's 'mini' suites. The room was really tiny. It is good if you would be out the whole day and just need a nice comfy bed at night. The very basics are there and its neat. Eateries and Gym are there. It is right next to the walkway exit/entry. Very convenient in terms of public transport.

I rated it fair coz the room was so tiny, not even a chair to sit on, no facility for tea or coffee, you can hear the conversations next door. On the plus side, staff are nice and accomodating, I came for an early check in and got me around eight a. M. To my tiny room.
I don't think I'll use the same place for next time.

The room is very small, cold design, direct blow to the bed, no toothbrush and other supplies, hydraulic temperature instability, it is difficult to find worse, no smoking floors have smoke flavor. For one thing, it's neat.

It was an awful experience at this hotel. How do u expect me to pay for a service I did not receive?. I was expected to be picked up at the airport of which I did not see any driver to do that. I ended up taking a taxi on my own. On checking out 3 days after, I was made to pay even though I did not use the service. This is sheer wickedness. It goes to show how you treat foreigners. Really callous and unprofessional. I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. If you guys continue robbing customers this way, you will be definitely brought to book sooner than you think. Thieves!

Very convenient location to Greenbelt and Ayala. It would be excellent to include a table top space for every mini suite room.

Suggest you head over to the Facebook page to hear what people think. If you have a problem at this hotel then it is your own. No soundproofing which means you can hear EVERYTHING in the next room (shower, toilet, conversation, sex, etc). No area offered for smokers, which in Makati means you run the potential fine from police for smoking on the street. It's not for hotel clientele — its for those who are not used to decent hotel service. I rarely review but had to help others avoid this overpriced, overvalued, hostel, oops, "hotel".

Decent view of the city, rooms really are mini. Very nice and very cosy though along with nice beds. Glass cubical shower and toilets are a bit strange however.

Hotel staff are great. Nice clean rooms but small. No cabinets for clothes. They change your towels daily and give 2 bottles of water daily. Only down side is slow processing for checking in and out and thin walls could hear neighboring rooms. But for the price it's great.

Wonderful city hotel with the best, most courteous and helpful staff — must send personal thanks to their concierge guys Rod and Justin — every time they saw me coming or going, they'd go out of their way to approach me to see if there was anything more they could do to make my experience better. In fact, when I booked the room, I saw pictures of one with windows on 2 walls, which looked great. (I understood the efficient use of space here, and the wall of windows not only created a larger looking space, but it provided an amazing vista of this busy city. Because it is in the middle of a modern, chaotic city, during the days it was constantly busy, and during the nights it was a wonder of twinkling lights. ) Even though I specifically requested one of these rooms in my booking notes, I was not initially put into one of them. After first checking in — with Rod and Justin helping me with luggage and welcoming words — I asked what happened to my request. Rod jumped on it, calling the front desk and in minutes I they changed my room. (And yes, the room with the wall of windows is everything my imagination had painted! ) I'd have given this a 5-star rating, but on the down side the property only has 2 elevators (and one of them was routinely out of service) causing delays getting in and out. The other down side is that the air conditioning setup in my suite only had 1 air output that did a bad job.

I love the place! It's in the heart of the city & it's clean. It's just less than a year & am glad we were able to check-in here. You won't worry about your safety because even in the elevator the key card is needed to be able to go into the floor where your room is. The hotel is great!

Room size is not too big just enough for 1 person but its clean. Walking distance to makati shopping mall like greenbelt. Service is not bad.

Prices are okay. Got a double-bed room for myself. The furniture looks nice, but is not very well thought through. There is no closet or any other possibility to store your stuff. No table, no chair, no shelf or anything. There is something kitchen-like, at least it looks like it and there is an extractor hood (no oven or stove). But there is absolutely NO tools, no water heater, no plates or anything. The toilet and the shower are not completely separated, there is a gap at the end of the separating glass, which is not that nice if there are people in both rooms. The walls to the next rooms are VERY thin. I literally thought ones my alarm would ring when it was my neighbors, you can hear everything. Nevertheless, the place has a nice entrance, free parking space, is clean and nice looking in a very good location in the middle of Makati.

Clean, snazzy furnishings with clean, basic lines. Very centrally located too. Prices are affordable as well. Will caution that the rooms are very small compared to others in the same area, and the room price is only for basics — the hotel charges for most add-ons, including extra towels and use of an ironing board.

That's crazy. I am a regular customer in the Mini Suites. I oversee the "Project Escape" on the island of Tablas. I bring all our customers to the Mini Suites. The last time I paid for half a day even half the rate. Today I want a room for 5 hours and you want from me the whole rate? 2300 pesos? totally crazy. This is not a service.

Perfect stay and great deal! Yes — mini rooms — look at the name! But still enough and fantastic what you get for the price. Everything brand new and modern.

We stayed here for a few nights in January. We made a deposit of $100 and we were told that at the end of our stay it would be refunded. It has been nearly 2 months and we still have not received our deposit back. We've called countless times and being given false hope that it would be refunded. This is unacceptable and appalling customer service. It is unlawful to refused to refund our deposit that we are meant to be given back. Definitely will not come back or recommend to anyone because of the poor customer service. Extremely unhappy.

UPDATE* The company has refused to return my deposit due to the employees negligence and not being able to find the 'necessary statements'. I provided my bank statements and details but was still denied my deposit and told to make a dispute with my own bank. The response clearly sends out the message how negligent their staff is to cause this mistake. Unprofessional and poor service. We stayed here for a few nights in January. Very clean, minimalist, Japan-style hotel rooms. Really, enough for a short stay or solo traveller. Very modern feel. There aren't many amenities, but there's a Dean & Deluca downstairs and it's nearby everything in Makati (or within a short walk on the overhead bridges). I liked this place, and it was very affordable.

The situation is very good, the bed comodisima, clean but no wardrobe or hangers.

They don't have a sense of urgency and the people on the front desk do not know how to smile, with foreigners, I guess they do. I have been walking in and out of the hotel and not once have I seen the front desk personnel smile or greet me most especially the female staffs, (I am a paying client anyways). Then just about 30 min ago I requested over the phone a water kettle, the person who received my call told me that she'll get back to me and call my room to check from housekeeping. I waited for a good 5 minutes. I would assume that within those minutes, they would already have an answer if there is or isn't a single kettle available. I called the reception area, dialed 6-7 times with no luck (mind you, it's already 10:45pm), i'm already in my pj's, I need to dress up again for me to be able to go down and check personally on my request. All the reception personnel could tell me is that she's checking with housekeeping. How hard and long is it to check for one single water kettle — all I need to know is, if they have or don't have any available, or the least they could do is to call me 2-3 minutes after my first call to inform me that they're still checking on the status. This might be a petty situation, but for a 4 star hotel you would expect a proper etiquette and courtesy. A simple call or follow-up will do. It's the small things and gestures that sometimes count a lot. I came here and reserved a night to relax and clear my mind from pressure and problems.
