The place is homey located conveniently close to most fast food restaurants, shopping malls, banks (veery important especially for those of us from other countries who need to do money exchange and lastly how would I forget the distance to Pearson Vue centre? in less than 2 minutes you are at the centre. Friendly and professional staff, just to mention there's this lady who cleaned my room, so friendly, I can't remember her name. Then the best of all was Reymarc, a guy at the front office, had lost (rather my baggage was misplaced) at the airport, checked in to the hotel with nothing, exam anxiety, he showed me around, I was able to buy some pieces of clothes and he kept checking on me to ensure I was comfortable and finally we located my baggage and I aced my NCLEX RN exams🙏.

My family and I truly enjoyed our quarantine stay here — everything was smooth — from reservations and booking to checking in, customer service was excellent, good facilities, the food was great, the room was clean and comfy — until the day we got swabbed and finally upon checkout. Everything was so easy, would 100 percent recommend.

I made a reservation at this BOQ accredited quarantine facility for my 10days mandatory quarantine in Manila and management canceled my reservation two days before my check-in date and charged my credit card already. Very inconsiderate and poor business practice. I rate this serviced apartment unsatisfactory.

Friendly and accomodating staff from guards to reception area all the way to elevator operator were smiling and so warm welcoming people.

Staff are attentive polite and friendly. The room is good and you just call on their land line for assistance they sure they can help and give answer for what you ask. We had a great staycation in One Pacific Place. My kids loves the pool. Buffet breakfast is great. The suite is clean and very spacious. Will be back coz we love staycation.

I have visited Manila in 2017 and 2018 and in both visits I stayed at One Pacific Place Highly recommend smiles all around this great place Planing for 2019 vacation too.

The whole building smells like second hand smoke. Rented two rooms at the 39th floor (a 2 bed room executive suite and one studio). Our rooms upon entry still has that lingering smell probably from a previous guest. The hallways of the lower floors are dirty and the elevators stink. From the website you'd be fooled that this is a clean and new building but unfortunately it is not. The only saving grace of this place are its courteous staff which is not uncommon in the Philippines. Take your money elsewhere.

We have been here two times and my husband and I enjoyed staying here. Safety is high. Accomodating staffs and very polite. I go back again this October with my hubby.

We had a really nice vacation in the Philippines and this place is our 9th, which is our last, hotel to stay at since we were leaving the country for the next three nights. I was desperately disppointed with almost everything in this place. I did not want to compare but since this was our 9th hotel, I could not avoid seeing its side which was more negative. (1) The price is high for this kind of place and service. You are just paying the high price for it's location-Makati. (2) Our room which was almost 4, 000 a night is really very small and was the smallest of all we had been yet ridiculously expensive. (3) The buffet breakfast is also not that satisfying. There was not a lot of choices. Buffet in other hotels have lots of food choices that's only half of their hotel price. (4). I ordered room service food and it was not even enough for one person. The price of the food does not equate to the serving. You would really have to order another food as you did not get full. What a tactic. In other hotel, lesser price but usually good for 2 people. (5) The hallway smells so old and so the carpet. (6) Aside from a very snall room, their bed that's good for 2 adults and 1 kid (as advertised) is also small. We could not hardly move. (7) The bed is hard and very uncomfortable. Instead of having a good sleep, I ended up hurting my back ang being awake. (8) We were on the 30 plus floor but still you could hear the noises of the vehicles at night.

Rooms are spacious and it is apparent that some new renovation went to its interiors. Location is also quite good in the sense that it was near the places I needed to be for my business trip. These are the good points. However, if there was anything that needed improvement, it would be for the breakfast (for the premium price $100++ per night, I can say they could do more with the breakfast spread). Secondly, the air conditioning unit from our room had busted grills and would not swing (the airflow was directed at the bed and chilled us to freezing levels hehe). We had to call maintenance to help us out.

Super loved the place and the cozy environment/atmosphere in One Pacific Place… =) The Food is superb and delicious … Had a great bonding moments with friends. Thank you for the great staff and management team… =)

The place is very convenient to go to shopping malls, rooms are clean, good buffet food and nice staff especially the Manager Eduardo Dela Cerna, highly recommended.

The guard is nozy. We were having an event and I just happen to exit into the other side and when I got back and ask for direction he replied like a proud cow and told me 'residente kayo? next time mam wag nyo gagawing tambayan at daanan dito' without even hearing my reply that hey we have an event in one of your function rooms.

The room was spacious. We arrived early and we could not check in early. Other than that it was a good stay.

When we checked in, they said the towels will be a bit delayed due to problems in delivery. I said it's fine as my family and I are headed to the mall to have dinner so the towels can wait until later. When we arrived, the complete set of towels were already in our room, but I just found out later around 10:30pm that night, that in the other room where my mom and brother stayed, does not have any towels yet and she had to call the front desk for the towels to be delivered. THE RECEPTIONIST SPECIFICALLY ASKED THEM IF THEY NEEDED BATH TOWELS, AND OF COURSE THEY SAID YES, SO THEY GOT 2 BATH TOWELS ONLY! Since my mom and brother left for an early flight the next day, I had to do the proper checkout for the two bedrooms we booked and suspiciously they told me the room (where my mom and brother stayed) had missing 6 pcs of towels — 2 floor towels, 2 towelettes, and 2 bath towels. I couldn't ask my mom at the time since she was on the plane and we were in a rush because a taxi is waiting for us to bring us to the airport. I contested and said it's impossible. Why would my mom bring out towels with her when in fact she doesn't have enough space in her luggage? and us stealing towels? really?! we sure have stayed in much luxurious hotels and never thought of stealing even a single towel!

Quaint place, thoughtful service, and unbelievably great all-day fare. Been here twice, and I'll keep coming back.

We enjoyed our stay here during Holidays! Specially the kids loved the pool even when it’s cold. Everything was perfect and the room service was fast, no problem with check in and check out, the staffs are great and very courteous.

Accommodation is worth of your money, clean environment, nice staff & location is very accessible.

Decent place, good location. Wi-Fi was quite slow, just worked in one corner of the room. Otherwise all ok.

We stayed for 4days and 3 nights and I would highly recommend this hotel. All the staff (from front desk, security, housekeeping waiters and chef) are all very courteous and accomodating.
We had a great sleep and the place is near to a lot of fastfood shop (yellow cab, mcdo, jollibee, salad stop, tim hortons, 7 11 and even jollyjeep if youre on a budget) and the buffet breakfast was really good. We would love to stay again next time.

I booked for 2 days through Agoda because it's near the venue of my exam. I love how comfy their bed was, the sheets smelled good. They have hot and cold shower. They offer complimentary drinks at the strands. I didn't get to try their pool though. They have polite staffs especially the guards. There are cafes nearby as well as seven eleven.

Pillow and bed not really comfortable to me. Breakfast acceptable. No sauna only pool and gym facilities.

The room was very small and claustrophobic. Air conditioning was good enough and the view was nothing special. However, the Wi-Fi speed was sub-par. Although the service staff made up for that. Finally, the experience was meant to be relaxing but was tedious. Wouldn't recommend as there are plenty of better options at a similar price.

The gym is very good, the environment is also very good, coach Jerry is great, every time to give me guidance, people are great, very enthusiastic.

They asked me to pay 1000.00 Pesos to that small stain on their ugly old dirty off white towel. And when we were about to check out we straighten up the room, we made sure everythings alright… and then the housekeeping started checking he also said everythings alright. And then we went down to the front desk, the receptionist were talking on the phone saying that we broke goblets and then they showed us. They think we were stupid we dont even touch those things. Coz it looks like dirty never been touch… and then they ask for another 1 thousand again. They must be crazy… We are asking for the manager, but they told us he's on the meeting… we are so dissatisfied and disappointed… hope they'll get what they're looking for one day. "Trouble"

I have bad experience here because the staff think I take the tower away. Finally, I have to pay extra price for something I never do. Besides, the internet is not very stable in the room. The only reason I choose here is for the price.

Really enjoyed my stay. Great location here in a quiet section of Makati. A taxi ride of about 100 pesos (2 dollars USD) will get you to Greenbelt mall. Its also not too far from the airport. I enjoyed the rooms I stayed in. I stayed in a studio for 2 nights and a 1 bedroom for 1 night, the 1 bedroom is very nice and spacious. The studio room was good as well but falls short of the 1 bedroom of course. Great stay and staff was good in accommodating our needs. Would definitely atay here again next time if the prices as are as good as what I was able to find.

I definitely love this place! It's in a very nice location in Makati. Accessible and convenient. It's fantastic for its price. They have big and clean rooms. The kitchen is fully equipped. The staff are very friendly and professional. I recommend this hotel and will definitely come back!

Basic rooms, conveniently located. If you consider the price/night and location, you can say that this place is reasonable. Spent less than Php 200.00 for taxi to the airport.

The place is strategically located within the central business district. Nice staff at the gym and restaurant.

Location is pretty convenient. Rooms are fairly basic. Small but ok size for 2 people Swimming pool area is small but nice to cool down in the manila heat. Gym is ok. Small but enough equipment to get a decent workout done. Would I stay again? Probably not. I think fir the money there's better options on airbnb.

Reasonable rates considering the location. However, beware of rude and arrogant staff (i. E. Maui). They need more etiquette training and dealing with irate customers.

Beware when staying at this hotel. I fell down in front of the reception at the lobby because the floor was wet and nobody cleaned it up or even noticed the wet floor although there were some guests hanging out. The front desk staff and security guards just watched me getting up by myself without offering to help or even apologising for not wiping out the wet floor thus creating hazard environment. A security guard told everyone that the floor was wet but even after I left the lobby a few minutes later nobody came to clean it up. This was just showing the hotel staff are rude, unkind and reckless — — so stay away before you get hurt.
