Bad service. Room not cleaned prior letting guest checked in. Had to wait long time for the staff to respond. TV reception not working even though you remind them several times.

Wonderful, warm, and friendly staff. Plus excellent food and superb service. They just give their guests Nothing but the Best!

Rooms are nice and clean. And the staffs are kind and pleasant. The food is also good. 😊 will definitely stay there again! 😊

We are still here and are staying for 10 nights. Staffs at 'The Pantry' especially Macky and John Lloyd are nice and kind to us. Every morning, I would order my noodle soup, the chef (man) was kind and polite to tell me my choices and would just ask my table number so I don't have to wait and it will then be served. However, the lady chef was the one there today (June 5, 2022), and she was kind of rude. I asked her about the choices and yes, she told me about it but her tone wasn't polite. Then, I gave her my table number and she said that I have to wait since SHE WILL NOT SERVE MY FOOD. I get it, maybe she's not in the mood to work today, but can you at least find someone willing to serve the guests worth the penny they pay? The manager was kind enough to apologize and promised to do some action. Still, I recommend this hotel, I'm sure, that was just an isolated case.

Their pool, gym and restaurant (The Pantry) are all nice. Worth going back to for casual activities.

Huge venue, crew members are very nice and approachable.

Thank you Dusit Thani! Very accommodating staffs. Near to the malls. Super sanitized to the point that I cannot see any dust. One thing I dont really like is the choices of breakfast buffet. It comes with only few choices. But all in all, Recommended!

The staff. And I mean everybody. Incredibly polite, friendly and very helpful. I am at a loss for words to praise them. Bravo and more power to all of you. Yes, my friends from Saudi Arabian Airlines had the smiles to prove their satisfaction as well.

During my stay I can say good! front desk team are accommodating we arrived in the hotel middle of the day they feel fresh and stress-free, the concierge are helpful smiling, into my room it was prepared not much fancy around the room king size bed, missing kettle need to request at room service, window overlooking of makati glorieta, best view at sunset! take note it was during QUARANTINE period so big difference during normal days. Thanks 😊

Relaxing, the food is great and they serve the best Churros.

Below average customer satisfaction on more than one occasion and thanks to resto personnel for this consistent experience. The eatigo promo is their only saving grace. Even walked out a few times to move to a nearby hotel where staff are super friendly and naturally people interested.

It is so quit place and peaceful, I don't mind the foods because I'm not a good eater too! Only the place and staff, their service is good! As my 7 days of quarantine, I appreciated much the service!

Clean and very attentive staff. Didnt like the buffet at the pantry since it was limited and had no drinks included for that price. Could get a better deal for half the price elsewhere. Aside from that was ok.

The housekeeping are polite and the Suite room very spacious.

Staffs are friendly, courteous and accommodating.

I have many fancy memories about this hotel, I've always visited this hotel for seminars, fora and at the invitation of relatives who can afford to stay here. Its just sad that the InterContinental closed its doors a few days back (or shall we say, last year) to give way to the lot owners (Ayala) a chance to redevelop the site. I just hope that the InterContinental would open another branch here, and by that time, I can afford to have a week's stay there!

Really great hotel that I am glad I got to stay in one month prior to being closed down forever (at least at this specific address, for now). Although the hotel is quite old and the rooms are a bit worn out, the service and other amenities were top notch. The regular breakfast at the Jeepney every morning was much better than the IHG club member's breakfast on the 14th floor. The staff was amazing — very friendly, very courteous, and willing to please. If another Intercontinental opens in Makati or Manila in the near future I will be sure to stay there again.

Room was not ready and in the end, at 11pm had to move rooms. Upgraded to a larger room which was nice.

InterContinental never fails to bring the high standards of IHG with the twist of local plesantries at each site. InterContinental Manila provides the same level of service and quality. The building though is already showong its age, the service though remaintop notch. The location is impresive and just a stone throw away from malls, transportation, theatre, and restaurants. I have read from local news providers that this specific hotel will be closing its doors by the end of 2015. The IHG brand will however open a new hotel a few years upon writing this review. News about the new hotel is still scarce. We still have until the end of 2015 to enjoy the services offered by InterContinental Manila.

A very historical landmark. Too bad it will close down at the year's end. Love the food in Jeepney and Gambrinus. :)

I really miss my one man I love when I meet him this the hotel I meet him and hope he doing ok and still strong and healthy and hope we see each other again. This place is very memorable in my life and I will never forget all we doing there I do miss the place and him. I love you : (

The most annoying hotel we have ever been, stop ringing our door bells and do not open the door unless the guests said so. The rests of the teams were great so that's the only thing preventing this from a one star review.

Well, what you could expect when you see "Intercontinental" in hotel's name :) I guess this is a brand to remember. Clean facilities, pretty cozy and people always smiling at you. If you have an extra buck or two you won't be disappointed.

Staff are very responsive. Food is ok as well. Hotel is located near a shopping mall. Wide array of great restaurants to choose and eat from. Everything is within reach.
