4 people dorm with plenty of space, shared bathroom and Wi-Fi in the lobby, good value for the money.

You'll get your money's worth with the place with clean, good security measures, staff are approachable and easy to communicate with. The place is also splendidly maintained and the connectivity well grounded. Again, money's worth it.

In fact, I never left the dormitory to study because the room itself is spacious and quiet. A plus-factor is the air conditioner! Im sure every student out there would want to rent a room in this dormitory. As for the price, it is reasonable for a student like me. Overall, this was a perfect place for my review during the board exam.

Really clean, bathrooms and facilities are cleaned regularly. Staff are very nice and friendly. Utilities are right at your doorstep. Not literally. But like the laundromat inside the compound, eateries, stores are right at the gate. Best place for its price. Also really close to most schools and review centers.

I stayed in Monchere dormitory for my review for preparation of the Medical technology board exam which I took last February 2017, and yeah I passed. Very good accommodation. No doubt for the staff, they did their work in an excellent manner. I suggest, they should improve more on their facilities, like the common showers and toilets. But yeah, overall. I say it's a good dormitory and I'd say price worthy.
