Please note that this place will insist on keeping a photocopy of your passport information page AND credit card. It is not clear to me how those important records of personally identifiable data will be safeguarded from abuse. When booking I saw the requirements stated as: "Guests are required to show photo identification and credit card upon check-in". When I checked in I provided my passport (photo ID) for verification and I presented my credit card. With this I fully complied with above requirements. But not so in the understanding of Avant. They insisted of taking and keeping a photocopy of both my passport and credit card. As I refused to allow photocopying I was rudely asked to leave the premises despite having a confirmed booking. I was not charged any money for the booking. I walked out as protection from identity theft is more important to me than avoiding the hassle of finding new accommodation. In contrast, I subsequently went to check into a reputable hotel in BGC WITHOUT having to provide copies of personal documents and/or credit cards.

Avant Apartments At The Fort is a great place to stay in a good location and quality staff. It is a pity that all the links on this site from booking sites link to Avant Service Suites a property not associated with Avant Apartments At The Fort. I complained to Google but was ignored. I advise anyone wishing to book at Avant Apartments At The Fort to search for it on each booking site and do not follow the links here.

Good location, price and service. Great apartment very impressed with the size. We were two but it could sleep six. It is fully loaded with everything you need and has lots of extras you dont see elsewhere such as plenty of towels, big bottles of shampoo and toiletries, washing machine powder, fully equiped kitchen, even had 3D TV and Dyson fans to go with the air-con. We like the fact that what we saw in the photos is what we got unlike other places which have glossy photos but fail to mention that they are next to a night club or a building site. Here you get views of the golf course from all rooms and the road is closed on the weekend so no traffic noise. It was good value for money as they do not have a service charge. We had an in-room massage for a fraction of the price we have been charged by other hotels in BGC. You can also save on meals and eat out as the immediate area has lots of bars, cafes and restaurants to choose from. There is also a 7-11, 24/7 Mcdonald across the road. We had no problem getting a taxi to the airport and casinos.

Spent a week in the one bedroom apartment and loved it. The apartment is a good size for a couple and has a great kitchen with a full cooker, fridge, microwave, kettle and toaster. We loved the huge sofa which is great for sleeping or sitting when watching the Smart internet TV. The mood lighting is a nice touch cool blue, warm yellow and passionate red my husband and I made the most of it (wink wink) Location is spot on with Burgos Circle, High Street and Shangri-la all with in a 5 min walk. Definitely coming back.

Never stay here! My partner had a full bottle of French perfume stolen from the housekeeper. I had 4000 pesos stolen from my bag. We met with the management twice. He did not give us adequate compensation and didn't seem to care. The room was not cleaned properly. When I arrived the owner couldn't be contacted to let us in because of the Christmas party was going on and we were kept waiting for 90 minutes. This is the worst place I have stayed in.

Nice alternative to hotel. Rented apartment via airbnb Close to Highstreet and Fort strip. 24 hour McDonald's across the street.

There is a good view of the city from one of the top floors. It is nice to stroll in the vicinity.

Location is just ok, but rooms. Should be assessed as 2 stars. ⭐️⭐️

A safe place to stay is very clean, comfortable and efficient staff in nearby stores and food shops.

I spent one month at Avant Apartments At The Fort while on a business assignment in BGC Manila and can highly recommend it if you are looking for a comfortable stay in a great location. I picked the studio unit which comes with a fully fitted kitchen, washing machine and comfortable bed. It has a great view overlooking Manila golf club so you don't get the road noise that can be found in other apart-hotels in BGC. The manager and cleaning staff are first class in keeping the building spotlessly clean and are friendly and efficient to deal with as are the security and reception staff who make sure no one enters the building unless they are a resident. Location wise it can't be beat as you have a Starbucks, Mcdonalds, a supermarket, bank and BGC bus to down town Manila just across the street. High Street, SM Aura and Market Market etc are all within 10 mins walk.

We are genuine guests wanting to book our stay in the Philippines this year. Avant Apartments is one of our choices as it really looks promising. We have contacted the establishment and to our surprise, the person responsible responding to emails "Jazz" is very unprofessional and rather unaccommodating. She was responding to our serious inquiries with one liners, without any salutations as if we were in a chat room. Most of all, she did not even try to give us information and just indicated that they cannot accommodate our 7 person guest request. Suggestions of room and rates and a little bit of courtesy and professionalism would have been great. The hospitality industry should be all about being accommodating. In any type of business, we are expected to treat our customers right.
