I love that the reception is open 24/7, that the staff are very hospitable, that breakfast was loaded, that it is a combination of past and recent, that it is exceptionally clean, that it is just around the corner of all great spots in vigan and that you shouldn't think twice on booking it now.

My second visit to Vigan since 2017. As always hotel staffs are very accommodating. The manager is great. Fast transport service from the hotel. Sumptuous breakfast. Hope they can fix signal problem and Wi-Fi connections on the first floor. Apart from this everything is great.

The esthetics of this find establishment is great. I find it very welcoming, and the variety of food selections are also good. I personally enjoyed my stay here, and would definitely recommend to whom may want to visit Vigan City.

I love the this place … staff are very helpful… but very noise that time when were there. Road construction.

Very "gentle" hotel, more like an old style family hotel with lots of little extra's, tea/coffee in the afternoon, free in town transportation etc.

The room we checked in is clean, air-conditioned with free Wi-Fi and cabled televisin. The receptionist and other staffs were also very accommodating. The location is just near tourist spots in Vigan.

Even with the recent rehabilitation of Boracay Island, still there’s no stopping the Philippines in conquering the booming hospitality industry thanks to a successful wave of tourism campaigns, more and more new hotels are opening around the country. While you might consider them for the occasional staycation or even recommend them to tourist friends, some have been around for so long that they reflect moments in history just like Hotel Felicidad in Vigan, Ilocos Sur. A perfect combination of world-class Filipino hospitality and century old aesthetics. So proud of you Benz Laureta! Salutations to all staff and the management.

Clean and cozy room. Nice buffet breakfast specially their longganisa. :)

An old family house is renovated to be this hotel. I love the old fixtures and furniture. The location is also perfect if you're visiting the heritage village since it's just within the village itself. There are many establishments around so you don't have to go far.

Place is beautiful. Staff are helpful and courteous very near to most of the attractions highly recommended.

Beautiful place, like you're in Spanish era. Rooms are spacious, foods are delicious. Minutes away to Calle Crisologo. Free transport to any point of the city from the hotel is a plus. Very accommodating staff.

Can be a bit noisy. No restaurant and breakfast somewhat Spartan.

It is a nice place to stay. Clean, spacious, and comfortable rooms and facilities. If I get back in vigan I would rather choose to stay in hotel felicidad than to take a risk to some other hotels. Very satisfied!

Major flashback alert. The place feels like you're back on your roots (spanish era that is). Minimal lighting on its corridors gives the feel of relaxation and not even realizing that you're in the hot climate of ilocos.

Best hotel accommodation i've experience so far. Super friendly staff and pet-loving individual. They are accepting clients with pets and even giving them a cozy stay. I brought my Siberian Husky with me and they were so pond of her. Providing my sibe a Efan to keep her ventilated. They have complimentary coffee and sweets like macapuno et al. The coffee served was good as well. During our stay we rode their hotel services to reach our dinner venue. Drop and Pick-up arrangeme…nt to nearby places is what makes the hotel service so lovable. I highly recommend this place to check-in and have the best staycation ever. Godbless all the staff & crew of Hotel Felicidad.

Very accessible to Calle Crisologo which is just a few steps behind the hotel. The staff were very helpful and accommodating. Big comfortable room, bathroom's okay with bidet spray and complete set of toiletries. The only things I didn't like; weak Wi-Fi signal in our room, the towels were old and food selection in the buffet table needs improvement. Other than those, we really had a nice stay! Would consider coming back very soon!

Found the place by accident and it turned out to be a place I would lodge again. We even decided to stay for an extra night. Very nice, helpful and friendly staff. Their smiles go a loooong way I really enjoyed the first breakfast as it was, IMO, complete; it had sunny side up eggs, scrambled eggs, regular & garlic rice, butter, various jelly/jams, milk, cereal, longanisa, pineapple juice, brewed coffee, lemon water, pineapple juice, etc. Again, IMO, it "should" satisfy both local and foreign visitors. I wished they kept the same menu the following day — — — missing and replaced were the white and wheat bread (replaced by Pandesal), scrambled eggs (replaced by boiled eggs) and a few other items. Note that I did enjoy Pandesal. The hotel has two buildings and we stayed at the 2nd building. Wi-Fi connection was intermittent and/or slow. I bet the router is in the other building. I just ended up walking outside about 10 feet to gain signal. After all, it was better being outside, drinking my coffee while surfing the net. In summary, I would return here. Thumbs up!

Large, clean and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. The facade architecture is beautiful and the service is great. Their service staff are hospitable. All they need to do is improve their breakfast buffet variety. We will consider coming back here.
