Awesome customer service from the front desk, restaurant guards and life guards! Will definitely go back! There are just things that can be improve. 1. Pool have a lot of insects that could be clean by net. Malinis naman yung tubig in a way. 2. Maraming langaw sa resto pero good thing the waiter took initiative to lit 2 candles to shoo them away. Overall I love the place.

Its a nice place, to have pleasure and peace of mind. Pool is nice and the resto was also good. Great place to have some family bonding.

We had a bad experience on how they conduct customer service. Everything seem to be going smoothly not until we checked out and was informed that we will be penalized to the amount of 5k since they found out that somebody smoked in the room. We were surprised on this policy they were insisting since we were never informed on such policy before we booked. According to the receptionist/ desk personnel, it was posted in the room. I told her that such reasoning was not acceptable since when a guest arrives in a hotel, the purpose is to rest or sleep and not to read whatever it is that is written or posted on the wall. Furthermore, it should be relayed the moment steps in for booking. And 5k as penalty? how did they arrive at that amount? And should we have informed on this policy, who would dare to violate such policy of theirs? Just to resolve whatever arguments that we had, I had no option but to pay P500 just to prevent further inconvenience.

It is something you do not expect to see in the middle of nowhere, Kabaleyan resort is a good stop over if you are travelling to La Union or even Baguio or if you just want to stay overnight and have a swim or group party on their pools. Breakfast is also good with a selection of Asian and international menu and they even deliver to your room. Rooms are ok with several type or design to choose from, staff are nice, helpful and friendly. Will definitely come back again.

The best thing they had going at Kabaleyan was their spa. I would avoid staying in the lowest rated rooms because of non working shower doors, bathrooms not completely cleaned and water smelling like a septic tank. My suggestion is, if you have an unhappy guest, the manager on duty should immediately meet with them and accommodate their guests as best as possible. I, myself, have worked for the Marriott and Hyatt hotels and expect quality and exceptional service, especially from management.

Upon entering the resort, we were quickly amazed by the view. We find the resort's aesthetic creative and unique from most resorts we went to so far. We find the resort to be well-planned. Each facility is located at the best spots especially the guest rooms because the resort can be seen in full view. Everything was organized from the facilities itself up to the accommodating staff. We liked the fragrant shampoo and bodywash provided. The pool area was well-attended in terms of cleanliness, amusement and safety. Overall, the food tastes good and the place is neat. The place functions as a good venue for both business and family gatherings. We will definitely come back soon.

Wonderful place. All staff are very kind and helpful. Very clean and well up to date rooms. Beds were wonderfull.

This resort was relatively new when we visited. The staff was great, pool was clean and the place has got ample space for parking. Breakfast was good too, but would be a bit overpriced if you pay for it separately. Good thing ours came with the room booking.

The resort is so nice especially for family gatherings and special occasions. They have pools for children and for adults. They also have slides which differ in height. The staffs are very accommodating and helped us to get our cottage even though we forgot to make a reservation when before we arrived. The water is good. They also offer rooms for overnight stay.

The newest resort in San Carlos City. The place is nice and quiet. The price is not really expensive if you are from Manila. Can bring food and whats nice is u can also order food but make sure to follow it up. Rooms are big and clean. Resto staff are attentive and corteous. Thumbs up.

It is a great experience for Hello San Carlos Admins at Kabaleyans Cove Resort. The place was beautiful the pool is awesome we will go there again and hopefully were complete. The pool was good for the whole family especially the kids. Kabaleyans Cove resort is a place you can relax and have peaceful mind ^_^ ^_^ ^_^

Food unsatisfactory, waiters are not attentive, looks like they weren't trained properly. Small serving of food. Food tastes bland. Their chicken cordon bleu was served without dip and it seems like the food was cooked a day before. Corn and carrots side dish is so dry that I thought it was bought from supermarket, (SM Bonus brand tastes even better than theirs). I'd rate this negative if there were negative option. Will never book here and wont recommend this for functions unless you want to rip your guests off.

The place is so relaxing, swimming pool for kids is so safe. The only comment is that the entrance fees and cottages not affordable to everyone.

The resort offers great food and place for families who want to relax and spend time with their families. Kids will definitely love this place. Hope everyone can have the same experience we did.

The place is a Paradise. If your looking for peace and total relaxation, this is the right place to go. They have all the amenities Plus all the staff are friendly and very accommodating.

Nice place to refresh/relax… the place is spacious… the pool is big & clean… my husband & I tried their halo halo & it taste so delicious… I would come back wd my friends for sure…
