The hotel has no security and elevator. You will need to go down a flight of stairs to reach your room. It's quite cozy though and in a good room, you can have a nice view of the nearby villages.

Location is ok. Receptionist looks haggard and wasted Rooms were ok but when I am about to ask for our breakfast, the receptionist told us that they have no gas. They never gave us anything, not even a sachet of coffee just to make up for their shortcomings. We ended up with nothing. I think its much better to atleast give us some store bought bread or juice because breakfast is included in the room package.

The hotel room we stayed for is comfortable and neat. However, I'm quite disappointed that they haven't provided some slippers for us and that the security is somehow lax as there is no guard at the door.

Just right. The bed and bath is fine. They have a fiber internet, however the Wi-Fi signal does not reach some of the room areas. I had to put my device near the door to connect. One thing that is worst, there was a cockroach crawling near the headboard area of the bed. The free breakfast was good but not enough.

First option was fine and also good service.

The staff are nice, good service, Wi-Fi is strong.

Well, truth is it was worth it for its price. I was hesitant when I read the reviews but it is not that bad! I liked the place. The only downside is it is a little bit hard to get taxis at this location. But the sheets are clean. One more thing, maybe they could provide comfier pillows. Bacause their pillow is really small.

The place is nice and the food is delicious and affordable as well.

During our stay we are very happy to say that they are very accomdating when itcomes to our needs, the rooms are clean and new, the Wi-Fi are ok easy to access. No need to have an aircon. I recommend this hotel for comfortability even if the rooms are in the basement.

Courteous staff. The hotel room had two beds, Cable TV, the bathroom had everything like soap and hot water, and we had paid private Wi-Fi with the speed of 20-30Mbps (Rare in the Philippines) that was faster than average Wi-Fi speeds in the country. We didn't really had a problem in the hotel.

The staff was friendly, and the food was great, however the room could use some improvements; such as soap, TP, electrical safety needs some attention, fix the EPG on the cable STB, window screen badly needed (to keep out BUGS! ), room telephone did not work, Wi-Fi was hit or miss (the APs were on overlapping channels and at least one was drowning out the others by having a 40MHz wide channel instead of 20MHz, the very nice Ubiquity AP in the dining area appeared to not work at all) This really isn't a bad hotel, it just needs better attention to small details, individually any of the things I mentioned would not have bothered me, but add them all up and it's annoying.

Close to the city, good food, room is full of space. Flooring is dirty.

The receptionist and staff are friendly, Good for back packers because of its location and easily accessible public transport.
