We’ve booked 3d2n here, so noisy you cant sleep you can hear people in the hallway clearly laughing and running. You can also hear the door banging with the other rooms. From the upper floor u can also hear furniture moving so noisy. No slipper room inside, no toothbrush (only 1brush expired already as per the packng), no shave, no conditioner (shampoo and body soap — 2in1). We had our breakfast on our 1st day pagdating nmin andun padin and walang make up room. Inshort pagbalik nmin andon pa kainan nmin at hindi naayos ang room. You cant rest well here. Si kuya guard all around ang work sya gmgwa ng work ng iba. Maganda lng mgpic sa hotel sa labas pero ang service at peace sa hotel hindi. Maingay hindi ka makatulog. Walang toothbrush, soap at slipper room. Walang make up room. I dont recommend this better go to camp john hay mas peaceful ang hotel.

Staffs are all nice and very accommodating. The only thing I think that needs improvement is the Wi-Fi. There are some people that needs to work and check some emails but the connection is too slow. But overall, everything is great. The place is very clean and organize as well. I highly recommend this place, very accessible to other places that you would like to explore ithe bus terminal, SM Dept Store and other places like Camp John Hay, Burnhum Park, wright Pak, Mines view and others are all very near. I will highly recommend this place to saty in.

The buffet breakfast quite affordable than the others. The staffs are friendly and very courteous. The ambiance is clean and cozy. The security guards are very helpful. The food tastes good.

Beside Victory Liner Bus Station. Rooms are big. Buffet breakfast is okay.

Located just near Victory Liner. If you want to go to SM, it's just a walking distance. The rooms are clean and furnishings are great. Very cozy. The service providers are also good. They treat guests and visitors well. There's the lobby which offers free water, coffee and chocolate drinks and where guests and visitors can hang around with and watch TV together or just eat and tell stories.

Check out today… Typical 3 star hotel. If I was to make it a 4 star it will be because of the workers. They were very friendly and professional, aimed to make your stay pleasant. However the water dispenser system that they have in the hallways for you to get water is a very bad idea. I watched people come out of their rooms with water bottles that they drink out of and put it on the dispenser nozzle the fielder bottles up. Who knows what type of germs and disease is being transferred.

As my family and I arrived within the hotel's vicinity, the staff has been very attentive. The guard opens the car door for you, the front desk personnel are kind when you speak to them. The lobby area is just right. They have free drinks, particularly coffee and chocolate, which a guest may have in a self-service manner. I think the hot choco cannot be brought to the room though, I am not just sure of that fact. Also, the internet in the lobby is free but there is a charge when you access it in your room. Overall observation= very accommodating.

Convenient to the bus station, but the price is nearly double compared to that of comparable hotels.

Good location and good staff.

It has the best location if you're travelling via Victory Liner Bus. You just walk a few meters and take the elevator. The rooms and beds are just right for resting after spending the day shopping and going around Baguio. They've got a small restaurant though and not enough choices for breakfast if you're staying beyond a couple of nights. Because of its location, I think this hotel gets fully booked much faster. So book way ahead.

A little bit pricey but convenient for travellers!

The room I have here is nice and clean. I had a hard time connecting to their Wi-Fi connection. It is also a little bit slow. The breakfast buffet has few selections. But they have an egg station where you can ask the staff to cook you any type of egg dish.

The place is nice. But the room level is not because you dont know which floor you will be going because the room level is different from other hotels. Because their room floors is starting from 2nd as the basement, 3rd as the lower ground, 4th as the second floor, and so on. When your just a firstimer to go to the hotel you will be lost…

Only three star category but the services they give is excellent, All staff are warmth and efficient. The hotel itself is very clean, our room alone is enough to prove that their main concern is cleanliness. No regret at all in choosing this hotel, but then the most important part is the buffet set up for breakfast. Just enough food to choose from, very Filipino in style serving rice and Filipino cuisines. Anyway this is a brunch meal for us. Next time we visit Baguio I'll choose Microtel again. See you next time. Highly recommended to friends and relatives. The price is just right… Only their Wi-Fi connection is very weak… Huhhh.

I love this place, it's comfortable and the people working there are very accommodating. There's free breakfast and the good thing about it is that you have lots of choices like cereals, fruits, rice and bread. There's telephone in the room so you can just call them instead of going to the concierge. The bathroom has hot/cold function and there's even a hair blower. And it's near SM Baguio so you can just take a walk if you want to go there. If you want to eat there's a karinderya outside. As of the moment the restaurant is under renovation so we were not able to try it but if the breakfast is good I bet the food in the restaurant is good as well. If you're planning to stay in Baguio I would recommend going to this place. It depends on your budget as well so just check their website for the prices.

Very accesible since it is located in the heart of the city. Service is not so good. Breakfast since it us free is the same for 4 days that we stayed there. Construction is on going and we cannot sleep properly with the smell of paint and unnecessary noice. We were here the first 6 months it opened and sadly it has deteriorated.

Their staffs here are really helpful!

How much po ang ordinary room 24hrs?

Free Wi-Fi is available in the lobby. Free coffee is available in the lobby. The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location: this hotel is next to bus terminal of Victory Liner.

I'd love to go back in this hotel.

I stayed here for three days on Business in May 2013 and came to the following conclusions: 1. The staff is superb. They do an excellent job at accommodating requests and are prompt in their service to repair things. 2. The hotel is literally connected to the Victory Liner bus station. 3. This is not a place for business travelers to stay. You have to pay 100PHP for a 24 hour internet code per device. This internet that you have paid for will get weak after about forty minutes and you will need to log out and log back in again. In addition to all that, the internet will randomly cut out around 0100 and you'll need to go downstairs to use it until about 0700. 4. There are a ton of ants…. All over the floor, closet, bed, bathroom, your computer, your clothes and your person. 5. The restaurant connected to the hotel (Te Quiero) serves mediocre food and despite their nodding and 'Yes, mam'-s, the staff probably did not understand what you said in English. 6. There were three separate leaks between my room and that of my colleague when we were staying there. Nice people with good service, but a poor place to stay based on the facilities and inconsistency of the internet. I could only envision hostel type folk staying here while camping but not really families or business travelers. This place is 'eh', stay at The Manor at Camp John Hay for what I understand is only 500PHP more a night.
