Non accommodating staff. Apparently they have rooms readily available for walk ins but not for the ones who booked online. Not so pleasant experience.

Non accommodating staff, they dont care if you are pwd or senior,,,, they dont give special treatment to people like us.

Rooms were great, but the signal reception was really bad and internet connection was bad too. Hoping something could be done about this.

It's proximity to Baguio's famous Burnham Park, Night Market, Session Road and SM City Baguio makes this hotel an option for an extended stay. However, it lacks the feel of relaxation and luxury. Rooms are for people on the go and not for people who is fond of cozy spaces. However, staff here are all accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Good staff very helpful room was spacious and clean food was ok restaurant needs updating.

I love that the hotel is very close to Burnham park. So many things to do within the area especially shopping at the night market which is just a few steps away. Highly recommended hotel in Baguio City.

For my 2 day 1 night vacation in Baguio, Hotel Veniz Session Road is a good place that I would refer to my friends and relatives. The accomodation is great compose of cozy room, nice staff including the guards and a very good location very near from different go to places like Burnham Park, Public market, Sm Baguio, Baguio Cathedral etc. I would definetly go back to this hotel on my next visit. I would like to thank the one person I have talk to on my first day who recommend it why I ended up there.

The only thing I liked about this hotel is the location. Market, Cathedral, Session Road, Burnham Park, and all other commercial establishments as well as jeepney terminals are just stone’s throw away. At night, you can go out any time and enjoy the night market at Harrison Street. They offer buffet breakfast with lots of food selections though most of the time the café is very crowded. Been here for a couple of times and there are rooms that are quite disappointing in terms of cleanliness and some of the furniture are kinda old. Some of the rooms, or shall I say, most of the rooms need renovation. Wi-Fi connection is good. Staff are courteous.

I like the place since its location is nearby in most of the places we want to get to and public transportation is not a problem. Very affordable and its breakfast buffet is satisfyingly good. 4 stars. The one star is for the improvement.

Had a pleasant stay. Amenities were adequate. Bonus for having a corporate discount on the rate.

I love the food especially their potato salad and chips which come as side dishes to most of their platters or meals. A little no to their pastas, a little dry and off. The hotel rooms?, Untidy. Smelly. The bedsheets and pillows were not even fixed well to fit the bed just right.

Rooms are spacious and clean and staff are friendly. The breakfast is not good, food is cold and not the greatest quality, plus there is a constant beeping sound that becomes very irritating after a while. The location is good and near to Burnham park. There are nicer 3* hotels in Baguio. This is a hotel which has not had the upkeep required and has seen much better days. A real shame as it could be so much better. To be honest I would be embarrassed if I was one of the members of staff to be serving that breakfast. If you can, don't get it. The Veniz Cafe on the lower floor does a cheaper Al La Carte breakfast that is significantly nicer.

Rates are ok with the price, strategically located at the heart of Baguio and very accessible to all routes.

It is a very nice and modern hotel with very comfortable rooms with nice breeds. They have rooms from small efficiency size that I have, too large family suites. It is reasonably priced and had two restaurants, a McDonald's and the Veniz Grill in the Hotel. The staff is outstanding and you are in the heart of Baguio with lots to do and see in walking distance. Highly recommend it!

Affordable room rates, breakfast is included. The beadings and comfort rooms needs some Improvement. It is located at the Abanao Rd. Just near the public market. There are bookstore, supermarket, McDonald's, drugstore in the building so you do not have to walk just to buy what you need.

Good place to stay for vacation. Location is accessible to the city. However services and food can be improve more. Lobby area should cater more costumers.

Good hotel quality price, place right in the heart of Baguio.

The location is a 5 because it is along Session Road and within walking distance from Burnham Park and the public market. The guards are a 10 because they are very courteous, polite and will go above and beyond that they will assist you every inch of the way when you park and when you go out. My husband attempted to give one a tip because we were so happy with them but the guard respectfully declined. They’re definitely a 10. This is my second stay with them and I always exp…erience rudeness with one front desk staff (not the same person). I asked for an iron to be delivered to the room because hotels normally provide it for guests. I would understand that this may not be applicable in this hotel but when this message was relayed to me, the hotel staff had one eyebrow cocked. I would normally ask for a manager but given that it was late, I let it pass. My experience with the other front desk staff in an earlier trip was a lot worse. The front desk staff need to learn a lot of things about customer service from the hotel guards. I hope that the owners will do something about this. The hotel guards went above and beyond and that is the primary reason that I didn’t score this rating lower than a 3.

The reception is well serve and the attendant were all cooperative and the ambience is superior for me. The food is very good and tasty. I can recomend it to my friend and relatives.

Buffet breakfast, suites reasonably priced. It is conveniently placed as it is on the heart of Baguio City but it is also exhilaratingly noisy and crowded at its immediate environs. Barely you can sleep well at night from blaring police and ambulance sirens, and occasional shoutings of some market helpers near dawn to early mornings.

Value for Money. Rooms may not be in modern style but all are well maintained. Customer service is.

The building looks old on the outside, but all the facilities inside the room are nice and properly working. Worth the price. They have buffet breakfast too.

The rooms are spacious. They offer breakfast. They also have basement parking. A grocery store and mcdonals is very accessible. SM baguio is just a short walk. Harrison street, known for its night market, is just walking distance. Be careful of their cr in the lobby tho. A lot of people have keys to it.

Strategically located. Food is ok. Function rooms are not sound-proofed, simultaneous use is problematic. Internet needs to be improved specially in the rooms.

Staff are professional, and polite. Rooms are clean with hot water and a/c. Free breakfast buffet is offered each morning. Its mostly Filipino food, but they do have eggs, cereals, and breads for the Western appetite. They do offer free Wi-Fi, but the downside is that it is only available in common areas of the hotel, and not your room.

The service is quite slow. And the staffs aren't that friendly.

A good hotel with the best location to access market, burnham park, night market and transport terminal.

So-so hotel in the city. Rooms don't have windows. Gloomy and creepy at times. Good hotel to check-in just for sleeping and taking a bath then leave to explore the city.

Kudos to Hotel Veniz session and to the staff. All is accessible and liked the modern design of the hotel. Loved the view of the park and its lake. From check in to check out, we felt good and satisfied with the services. Hope to come back.

It's in the heart of the city. Walking distance going to Cathedral, market and supermarkets. Over looking Burnham Lake.

Staff tries very hard to please. They gave me a free upgrade when the executive suite was not what I expected (one room very small). Wi-Fi is not available in the rooms only in the hallway Lounge on each floor. However they did provide me a mobile hotspot free of charge. Rooms could use a little maintenance. Faucet leak constantly. Lots of peeling paint on the balcony. Door to the balcony was very worn out. Overall it was a great experience just can't give it more than 3 stars due to the maintenance issues.

Good for budget travelers located at Baguio's central business district so it is quite noisy throughout the day. I love that its connected to a supermarket and fastfoods you have more food options. I also love its accessibility to the market and souvenir shops.

The place is right smack in the heart of downtown Baguio… I personally love that it's just across the jeep terminal. Since it's almost impossible to get a taxi during rush hour, it's nice that there is the jeep option. And if you don't want to take the jeep… you can walk to session road and SM the hotel can get really busy though during the weekend. But that's what you get for a good location.

It's a good hotel to sleep alone. This hotel has cheap and clean room.

Its a good place for you to stay the next you will go to Baguio City, Benguet. They offer cheap accomodations for overnight, weekly and monthly. Its is just across the Burnham Park. :)

I love the place! perfect for family vacation… I stayed there w/ my family for 2nights & 3days last christmas 24, 25 & 26… 2015.

Beautiful, clean, great food selection, warm and friendly staff at the heart of Baguio City. Magestically located at KM 0. How can anybody over-shadow that.
