We went for overnight with family. The hotel staff were all pleasant and accommodating. When they noticed that we were with a senior with handicap, they were quick to assist and offer a wheelchair. I did not expect the breakfast buffet to be good. I strongly recommend thus hotel.

We enjoyed our stay with this hotel. Everything was great and we'll definitely go back here once we visit Baguio again.

There is a loud annoying sound outside. All noises we can hear. People talking to each other plus staff using radio to communicate and all was so disturbing and irritating. Totally not a good place to have a relaxing sleep. I believe we did not have the best spot in the hotel. Next time we make sure the reception gives us a more silent space that we can appreciate much.

The views may be spectacular but the front desk officer (lady receptionist/reservations officer) is a B-word. The security personell are polite and helpful tho, the parking sucks.

I enjoyed everything in this hotel. Their complimentary buffet breakfast is absolutely good with decent price. Their staffs are very very helpful at all times with a pleasing personality. I LOVE the cleanliness of the room and the size of the room was not exaggerated on the pictures. I even used a UV light and didnt see anything. Rooms smells clean and fresh. They have small fridge, a kettle to boil water which we didn't use and a powdered coffee and tea, 2 bottled water for free, slippers, and bathroom amenities in a small kit. They even have mini nailfile inside the kit. Outside the hotel is a great view of the garden which ypu can be seen also outside the terrace of your room and you can see the mountain view with a lot of pine trees. The clean fresh scent of air outside makes you just wanna sleep and take pictures. ALL in all I enjoyed my stay and will definitely come back to this hotel. For a 3-star hotel, this exceeded my expectations and will recommend to everyone. Keep up the good work!

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The place is quiet, artistically done interiors, amenities are within standards and the staff were all helpful and friendly. The room we got has a nice view. I would definitely return to this place.

This hotel is a little bit dated but still charming. Cozy ambiance and comfortable beds. Breakfast was ok.

Hotel elizabeth is one of the good accomodations when you were in baguio its service is superb and it has high standard as well.

I would just say a little bit above average. Maybe out of 10, I would rate it at 6. The place is quite nice. It's a Victorian style hotel so you would like somewhere in Europe.

So nice place more of beautiful flowers… and the food is taste good.

A very nice and relaxing place. The staff are also accommodating. The breakfast buffet were great. It would be nice if they can add an egg station. Overall, a great place to stay. Oh, I love their gardens.

Room — 2/5 -old rooms but still maintained well -beds weren't comfortable -i feel that the walls are too thin, you could really hear all the noise from the hallways (screaming kids, and karaoke music) -bathroom doesn't have a bidet — tiles of the shower were kinda broken down already Restaurant — 5/5 -full breakfast buffet unlike other hotels I've been to -i enjoyed the food selection and quality -good service from the staff Others: — Cleanliness — 3/5 — Ambiance — 4/5 — Facilities — 4/5

Neat and decent place to stay but very slow internet connection. Food is average.

One of the best hotel in Baguio. Everything is Fine… unfortunately, we were charged of taking a facetowel that we didn't get; (. This was the first time it happened to us. Lesson learned, check everything First before checking out, and the best thing to do is to take pictures before leaving. Hopefully management could investigate about this. Its really disappointing.

Warm cozy clean with a good view. Most importantly its near Good Shepherds, market and Mines view. Shopping is a breeze.

Pros: Very relaxing, friendly and accomodating staff. They have a smoking area so one can smoke away from the non smoking public. Staff doesn't make smokers feel like second class visotors. Rooms are spacious, clean and have a very comfy feel. The hotel is situated amidst nature thus being surounded by pine trees you will get to experiencs that special Baguio feel Big lobby and elegant breakfast at the dinning. Great waiting staff. You can talk a walk outside the hotel and stiill smell those pine trees. Very reasonable price. Cons: No bidet. If you need to do business (email, etc) or catch up on the latest Game of Thrones on the web — this isn't for you. Wifi is so weak and frustrating. All in all I give the place a solid 4 stars not 5 because I couldn't use the Wi-Fi. Will I comback Anytime soon? Yes! Definitely!

The hotel is tucked away from the city center. Spacious rooms. Usually quiet. The food from their restaurant is pricey. Breakfast buffets are good though.

Good staffs and very hospitable. Average but clean room. Breakfast is superb.

Nice view, nice place but some are not good. Like there's a sign telling for a dress code in breakfast buffet but staff don't remind the guests. Coffee that you have to get by yourself and tea that have make it yourself. They really have at least a heater because it's cold.

It is my first time to go to Baguio and this place helped me and my family love the place. Will definitely recommend and we will definitely be back to this place.

They said they are 3☆, no wonder they just got 3 with the view they got. Poor customer service, no one of the WORST. The manager is scolding her staff in front of guests. It's weird when they assigned 3-4 of their staff just to greet you when you're entering the comfort room. Guards are not courteous. I don't also like their summer themed centerpiece,. It looks weird. Definitely not on my list for Baguio trips. They don't deserve 3 stars but 1.

Great hotel on top of Baguio. Breakfast buffet is unexpectedly very good. Very close to Mines View Park and Good Shepherd Convent which is convenient because parking is scare for these tourist spots in the City of Pines.

I find their front desk officers unfriendly… there is always a better way of saying things especially to guests, when they request things… elizabeth hotel is not the same hotel anymore… its my favorite hotel in baguio, sad to say not anymore…

Staff were friendly. Rooms were old but comfy.
