Had a worry free staycation with my daughter (19mos old). Crews are super nice and I have peace of mind with my TOT trying to roam around the premises since it's a child friendly hotel. Plus the food is awesome. Overall our experience was Superb! 😍

Their service is over and beyond. The hotel is well maintained. My family and I stayed there for 7 days and everyday the staff would already know what we need for breakfast. They would remind us our room hasn't been cleaned and if whenever we have to go to the parking area the guards always follow us with an umbrella over our heads and in Naga that's a big thing because of the ever changing weather. You're sure to make friends along the way. Room was very clean too and the airconditioning was cold which were what my mom liked since she easily catches allergies. Overall I would stay there again for vacay.

They have a cozy atmosphere, and they offer variety of services, the rooms are great and the convention areas are plenty. They can accommodate a number of reservation. The ambiance of the place speaks class.

Defenitely my 2nd home in the Bicol Region. Located near the business district of Naga. Place is cool with pool, wellness center, friendly staff and don't miss the breakfast here. It offers Filipino food with a bit of American n European (but not that grand) but eat all you can and coffee all you can and if you're a regular guest you could actually ask the staff for a little take out…

The best place to stay when you're in Naga. A bit pricey compared to the rest of the hotels around the area but you'll definitely get what you paid for. All the staff are courteous and nice. The pool and the gym are great as well. It is close to all kinds of services you'll need: Shell Gas Station across, Mercury Drug, restaurants, etc. Not to mention, it is located at Magsaysay Street which is the center of night life here in Naga.

Well maintained cleanliness can be observed from the hall to the comfort rooms. The food? Excellent! For two days, nothing but sumptous and delicious foods were served. Not only is it pleasing pur tongue but also our eyes. Kudos to the chef and kitchen staff!

After our recent stay at the Avenue Plaza Hotel last July 1-3, 2017, the family, together with close friends had a marvellous experience at the Avenue Plaza Hotel, Magsaysay Avenue, Naga, Camarines Sur. The whole personnel are friendly, courteous, attentive, customer-oriented and quick to please their guests. It was a delight to experience their hospitable staff extending their greetings by lining up when we alighted from our vans. The cool juice and cold clean towels were refreshing. The room is kept spic and span with immaculate pillows and beddings and complete toiletries. Their warm smile and excellent housekeeping work is commendable! No tip was given, and right work attitude is palpable! Food, the facilities fantastic. We enjoyed the swimming pool as well :) Cheers! Lucy Cheng Dy.

Great hotel but the staff for me was the highlight of our stay. Everyone and I mean everyone were very courteous and they attended to our every needs. Cudos to the management and congratulations to the most respected owner! Will definitely recommend this hotel!

Our experience was really an add on making wonderful memories with my family. Our stay was short but sweet! The staff are all very courteous and friendly. From the reception till our check out. The amenities deserve the 5-stars rate! I so love the foods, we will be back again, for sure! Thank you for the memories!

Amazingly nice staff. The nicest hotel in town. HOWEVER: the rooms had very dirty carpets. Housekeeping came to vacuum but told me there is no carpet cleaning machine. Years of dirt buildup. Also many small ants in the room. Very dim lighting as well. LCD TV old and doesn't have HDMI input for those who care. Pros? soft comfortable beds with nice conforters, large room, mini frig, hot showers, good air-con. Restaurant has awful spaghetti. Watch the tax and service charge added into all food items.

Service was above and beyond — everyone was eager to serve, friendly, and dependable. Beds and rooms overall were clean and comfortable. The hotel itself was absolutely gorgeous. Would 100% recommend!
