Staffs are all well mannered with great customer service, we paid extra because we came 6 hrs early for our check in. Loud Noises if it's ok with you from aluminum doors opening/closing downstairs & noises from the streets. Musty smell of cigar smoke from the cushioned head board (should be washed), droppings of tiny poops from critters in our bathroom and the plastered wall was falling off plus the other signs that needs repair. But they have excellent customer service!

Okay ang room, staff are so nice. Masyado kami maaga to checkinsa room namen and I have my 4 kids with me. So the young lady offered another room for the kids to rest and lipat nlng kami sa family room when its ready. We checked in sa single room around 930 and we got our preferred room at 1pm but we checkout the next day at 12noon. Breakfast was nice but the Wi-Fi is unstable so hindi ako nakawork when we stayed in the hotel.
