Not hospitable, especially the old lady grrrr, maybe she's the owner but not hospitable to the guests : (

Great ambiance and budget-friendly.

The best facilities, great view, generous smiling crews and good foods.

Good value for our stay. Small room and toilet. We couldn't use the pool at nightb amid a patio-full of men as it was a venue for karaoke. We didn't want to use it in the morning finding the water smelling of too much chlorine. It was also hard to connect to the Wi-Fi.

Good foods, front dest very hospitable includin roomboy & waitresses at the restourant.

Misleading information it says check-in time is 12noon but the staff said 2pm so we had to pay extra charge of 200.00 since we have kids and wanted to get settled in already. Staffs were not that accommodating. We had to carry luggages of our own from car park to the 3rd floor. Room 300 was the best Family room they have I assumed since they didnt offer anything else. We paid 3680.00. Room was made of two rooms before I think and they had just removed the wall between to make it bigger. There were three matrimonial beds and one single bed. There was what looked like a kitchen counter before with sink that has no water. It was not cleaned since I can feel dirt and grime under my feet when I removed my shoes. Good thing there were some hygiene kits. There's a mini fridge that didnt work as a fridge since it didnt do anything to the melted chocolated that we had with us. Bathroom is small. Water is scarce. We had to request for a pail and tabo to make pondo of tubig in case the kids will need some at the middle of the night. AC is a thousand years old, not cold. We told the staff about it she suggested that we turn on the two ceiling fans that were there. Towels were grayish and not white. Signs of usage. And it was noisy since they were renovating. Why would they accept guests if those guests can not rest very well because of the noise? More money. I would not recommend this hotel for families. Not worth the money.

Rooms are a bit small for its price but clean. No power outlets to use for charging. Had to pull out the TV plug. Water is also an issue as it has low pressures. Staff are very accomodating. Renovations are on going so it should address the minor cons on this review. :)

A kip. Possibly the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. The toilet and shower are beside each other and it's the smallest bathroom ever. The reception is staffed by staff who don't know what they're doing, and really bad experience. Never again!

For the record, at least they have rooms good for wash up (2hrs), half day (12hrs), and whole day (24hrs) … without the 2pm check-in, 12nn check-out hassle. But good luck getting a room with a decent shower. Had to ask for a pale and bucket in order to take a decent bath because the water was just slightly dripping.

Nice to stay and still needs improvements. No keys provided for customer. Only key card for the power source. No second lock inside for the security of the customer. Semi high tech but old school… but affordable. Don't leave valuable items cause they won't give keys for the room.

Hotel Carmelita is a friendly home in the heart of the city. So acessible to wherever you want to go. Bus stop stations, food stations, and even banks. Food is great! Staff are accommodating, too. There is a band If you are a music lover, a spa if you need to relax, and a swimming pool to calm your nerves anytime of the day. Choose Hotel Carmelita.

Expect the unexpected. This hotel is the best when it comes to luxury yet affordability is concern. They also cater all kinds of occasions.

Worst experience ever. I checked in here last Dec 27-29 2017. The staff entered our room even if it was occupied using there master key. What if one of our things is missing? Will you be responsible of this kind of act?

Nice clean and accomodating.

This hotel is very poorly designed, does not age well and is very noisy. The occupied room is small, poorly lit. The air conditioner is very old, noisy. The toilet tank leaks and the water flow makes a lot of noise. In short, pass your way, this hotel is to avoid.

My first time to experience that hotel's hot shower isnt working so Id asked the frontdesk twice. The door is too noisy and one important thing is there is no good outlet for gadgets. Not recommended for techie people on the go? Please fix it for continous patronage. Some staff are very friendly except one woman in their catering service dated dec28. She was frowning giving food the whole time. Maybe she was sick or something. We were asking her to smile but she even made face and got mad. Oh why? We are very friendly people.

Slow service at the restaurant though the foods are superb especially the kare kare.

Not as good as advertise. Services is lackluster. Rooms are crumpy. Rate is not commesurate with the amenities.

Place you can spend time with friends if you want just chill.

The facilities need improvement. But the place was clean.

The restaurant serves an array of choices. Try their nachos and bbq platters. Priced reasonably.

Food's just well. Not so great service. Need to remind the staff about your order or needs before finally getting it.

Hotel rooms are clean. It has a big venue for various occasions. They even have a wash up rate which is very inexpensive. Restaurant offers good food and good coffee.

Caters to long stays or quick ones ;)
