Our experience here has been TOTALLY RENOVATED. After all the problems and inconveniences, instead of offering us a free kick, we had to ask for it. What did we ask for? A PISCO SOUR, what did they give us? A mamarrachada of pool clake souer VIRGEN. What is that?!
The hotel is clean and the staff is nice. Unfortunately the hotel should not have 4 stars as the equipment of the facilities is defective everywhere: a/c for those who charge and do not work (we complained and no one did absolutely anything, they didn't even come to check the a/c, then we offered a fan that didn't come until we had to go to reception angry and sweating like pot lid), damaged showers that throw water everywhere but where they should make it difficult to bathe and impossible not to make a pool in the bathroom (I had to mop every vein z that someone bathed), toilets that do not work, there is no elevator or closets for clothes, the Wi-Fi does not work in the rooms, etc… Those are 4 star hotel details. I don't know who gave them the grade.
Breakfast is another disappointment. My 3-year-old daughter couldn't get milk! I was told that they only have evaporated milk for coffee, I wonder, were they waiting for me to drink coffee or water with chocolate powder?! The first day they didn't even offer him chocolate powder, on our last day they offered it but without milk!
