➜ I am a Chilean tourist q for the first time I made reservation in this hotel, poor attention, I made a reservation for 5 days, paid everything in advance and first they told me that one of my granddaughters could not have breakfast porq was not inside the package, when I called and made the reservation they did not tell me anything of that, then Q I had to pay to make cleaning of the room, do not give you clean towels, do not give you comfort, I had to claim several times so that they would give the attention of a hotel, I am retiring a day before for the bad attention and did not want to return the money of the day that I will not occupy, I do not recommend this hotel at all. I'm going to put my complaint in the claims book.

➜ It is a cozy place, very clean, a few blocks away from avenida Bolognesi and of the Church. Very safe. We stayed in room 306, very wide, recommended.
