Great! I recommend it. The facilities are very good, impeccable room, excellent breakfast. What I rescue the most is the staff is very friendly always pending what you need, happy to have chosen Sumaj Casa Hotel, I already have a place to arrive in Tarapoto. Thank you!

Very good customer service, they care about every detail, the rooms are well-implemented.

The facilities are great! But there are many deficiencies that must be corrected… one of them is the access to get to the hotel as it is a trail that almost no mototaxista want to go… no maintenance… another is that it does not have a lift… we were on the third floor and we had to climb up with bags; also, about the breakfast… it is a buffet, but only serve it once at 7 … bone if you go down to the 8 yaaa you won't find anything because the people who come down early ate it all! I spend that in two of the three days I was and when I asked the chef if he would serve more… I replied that it was everything that was served… very poor… I would not recommend it for anything.

I was in doubt between choosing the toucan suite but it is very holiwood style, If you want some quality, warm and out of town (slightly), Sumaj highly recommended, all the luxury services, fascinated of the hotel, I felt at home, I give them an 8.5. The next one I'll go to the Sumaj Logde, Sauce.

The Hotel is excellent, its dishes very good and the rooms spacious and comfortable, where your rest will be an unforgettable experience.

Away from the hustle and bustle of the city, but ten minutes from the Plaza de Armas, Super quiet Place, well maintained facilities, including the pool, the very friendly guest service. Great place to relax.
