Excellent accommodation regarding the facilities, the cabin the pool and the excellent service. The only details to improve would be in the variety of breakfasts included since the 3 days I stayed served the same breakfast, then the menu is not so varied is very limited another point is the area of drinks there is no one and the drinks are very limited is also more they serve nothing passing 8 at night for a part in that area should be more active to enjoy more of the place at night with music and drinks.

Hello… I read a lot of good and bad reviews before I hosoedarme here and decided to take a chance. The lodging is beautiful and the view spectacular, very comfortable environments; however the first night we had a problem with the bath water and we did not have a solution immediately, until the day sgte; since the maintenance staff was not there.
Attention of the staff 4 of 5, the. Young Percy and the waitress of the restaurant very friendly.
Opportunity for improvement: Have a cleaning kit in the bathroom for any unforeseen event.
If it hadn't been for the bathroom incident, it would all have been 5 out of 5… but if I recommend it and I would come back with the promise of improving in those aspects.

Beautiful hotel I loved everything, at night it looks magical, the beautiful bungalows overlooking the blue lagoon, very clean all facilities, the attentive and friendly workers especially the young Rafael Navarro who received us very friendly and attentive. Recommended 100% I wish to return in my next vacation 😍

The place is nice, you disconnect from the city, it's super distant, the access is
quite difficult. The attention is lousy, terrible of the manager, it is an intractable, nothing polite, I do not know how they can entrust a hotel to such people. The service staff 10 points, our experience would have been pleasant if they put an administrator able to manage a hotel. We became friends with other guests and also had the bad experience with the manager just like us. Ahhh and if you delay 5 minutes after breakfast time do not serve you, for 5 min they deny you breakfast, saying that the owner is seeing everything on the cameras and that they can not serve you.

The place is nice and has nice scenery, the staff needs to be empathic and attentive, their food menu is very limited, you have to order 3 to 4 hours before, I hope they take it into account to make it every time a recommended place.

If you recommend, the it's wonderful. I would say spectacular, but I must make a recommendation I hope will be taken into account. The cleaning of the cabins, we went with the children, and at bedtime, we found a ️ under the duvet. There is too much dust in them, the mattresses are very dirty, and the windows, needless to say very dirty. Recommended by the beautiful scenery, but those aspects that I mention, I hope will be taken into account for the sake of visitors.

Your restaurant attention is very slow.
Cleaning of the cabins is not daily.
It is not recommended with children.

It has a privileged and beautiful view, inspires peace. I really enjoyed it all. Although the staff was attentive and cordial, I would dare to advice you to enable and/or streamline your kitchen service… it is understandable that the lunch need to be ordered in advance, as the food arrives fresh to the table, but, the breakfasts that are already fixed (included) take too long… a little over 45 minutes waiting in my three days of stay. Also, estimate the number of people staying, because when the attention by order of arrival, I have witnessed people waiting for stops for over half an hour for not having more tables available. The rest, spectacular. Thank you!

Beautiful place to isolate yourself from everything, no phone signal. Good attention, but they should have something extra in their facilities to distract themselves (quite a part of the touristy things that can be done).

Very beautiful place, perfect for couples to relax and have a beautiful time together. The staff is very friendly and kind. You can order lunch and dinner the day before and it was very good. The breakfast is made freshly for you. The little houses are beautiful and clean and the view over the nice garden to the lake is brillant. You don’t want to leave.

Very bad attention. The photos are not like that in real life. All quite dirty, full of cobwebs. The food was not rich. I don't recommend it.
