Puno Hostels

Very nice Hotel close to the plaza very clean with hot water and very cosy, the breakfast is buffet buenazo I highly recommend ah is very comfortable in price.

We loved it! Excellent value for money, they offer various services including tours and excursions nearby. We were allowed to occupy the room from very early, on each floor we offer tea and coffee 24 hours a day, offer breakfast and pick up from the terminal. They also have Wi-Fi and hot water. Rooms with private bathroom and TV.

Situated a 2 minute walk from the main square. Nice friendly welcome and efficient check in. Shown to our (warm) room which had 2 single beds with good quality linens, big towels and plenty of hanging space. Good Wi-Fi signal.
Shower was powerful and warm.
Breakfast was basic, but a reasonable selection of cold food. Excellent value for the price.

Very good location small place walking distance to the plaza de armas. The reception speaks English and esp Edith who is very helpful when we arrive early … even allow us to have the breakfast.
I would definitely recommend it and value for money. Room is spacious with sunlight flowing in.

Nice place to stay, near to the city center.

More like a hotel than hostel. Private bathroom in the "dormitories" which were really double hotel rooms. Great breakfast which can be supplemented with eggs for S/1 each. Highly recommended!

The garage is only for 2 cars. Ask before you go.

Very nice hostel! Staff is friendly, good and large choices for breakfast (bread, eggs, banana, jam, coffee, different tea…) Room is simple but nice. Hot shower. Very good living room (big TV with Netflix! ) Kitchen is tiny and simple but working well!

Pretty good place. Beds okay. Breakfast okay. Staff nice. Not a place people stay for long though… at least thats how it seemed to me.

One the older side. Clean with very pleasent staff. No hot water at peak times but exceptionally hot later on. Wi-Fi not that great. Good location safe area.

It is a good place to stay, with very comfortable rooms and has breakfasts that if you want you can prepare yourself.

We stayed at Gonzalo’s Hostel for 2 nights. At the evening we arrived, he also organized a tour to visit the Uros Island the next morning.
We loved the breakfast with fresh avocado, juice and eggs (many more things), he made every morning for his guests.
There’s also a chance to wash your clothes.
Another tip is to watch the sunset from the rooftop of the Hostel.

Had a wonderful stay here! Lovely welcome, great Wi-Fi, and a comfortable room. As soon as we arrived, they made us Coca Tea as I was feeling a bit off from the altitude. At night, we asked for a portable heater because our room was a bit chilly and we were given one right away, as well as, an extra wool blanket. We slept very comfortably. Not to mention, we were so delighted have a hot shower. We went on a home stay excursion to Lake Titicaca and they held our luggage safely overnight.

The staff made us feel so welcome. 2 very nice ladies at reception who went the extra mile to make our 1 night stay very nice. It was a 25 minute walk from the bus station. The private room was spacious and clean, and the shower was hot.
The reception staff booked our bus to La Paz for us and I highly recommend doing so, as it was half the price of what the bus company quotes online.

A good hostel for a good price. I stayed in the mixed 8 person dorm. No concerns with this hostel, but it didn't wow me. It's simple, with everything you need, is clean, and the staff are friendly. I recommend if you're passing through Puno, can't go wrong. It's a good hostel choice! (Highlight would be the staff helping me plan my Uros/Taquile Kayaking tour. The tour is on the more touristy side and not out of this world, but worth doing if you are there. )

Room was clean & nice, hot water all the time. They were so friendly and welcomed us at 5 in the morning after the night bus (we asked them before). Helped us with Taxis and advices. It's not far away from the main plaza.

Comfortable, close to downtown, very good service and good taste. The shower comes out hot and you can request heating for the room.

Impossible cheaper in Puno, excellent location and simple but practical rooms.
