➜ The service is in line with the price. It's a good option if you just go to sleep. Best of all, the heating.
Excellent hotel near the center of Puno with great facilities and excellent breakfast, the service was also magnificent, I highly recommend this place if you travel to Puno.

I do not recommend the hotel at all, the first day we arrived we were told that we could bring our lunch and use the utensils, the next day the owner of the hotel told me that if we are going to use their dishes we leave it washed, I am a traveler I have gone in different places of Peru and resort abroad and they had never treated me in that way something unheard of to tell their guests to wash the dishes, happily in the 4 days I was on Uros Island in a lodge I had a first A1 attention, my suggestion is that they improve their treatment and service, experience not to return to this hostel.
