I stayed for five nights, when my husband came to stay with me I asked the staff a day beforehand how much it would cost and I was promised a price by "sra Kelly". The price she promised she later regretted, I do not mind paying what is worth but I can not stand that as a guest there will be screams of disagreement over the phone. If "sra Kelly" treats her guests this way I feel sorry for her employees. Once my husband arrived he did not have a hostel band, which we asked the guard about when he arrived. We were informed that a band will not be needed. But to no suprice the girl in the front desk was very rude to him because he did not have the band. (By the way the girl seems to not have learned words like thank you or please) The mattress had the plastic from the factory left on it to which made the bed unconfortable and warmer. Also every sound whas heard between the walls. The cleaning however was very good! Can't recommend this place not even worth the money due to rude/ impolite owners and other staff.
