➜ We made a reservation 10 days in advance with payment included and when we arrived at the agreed time, which would be 12 am approx for work reason (they mentioned that they attended 24 hrs) I was surprised that there were no rooms available, my reservation never did!
Despite having written to them 24 hours before confirming my arrival, they left me in view, they did not provide me with a solution other than to return the money, it was a Saturday morning, everything was full! We asked for a book of claims and they told us that they did not have, what kind of administration do they have? We effectively made the reservation with time so as not to go through inconveniences knowing that it was Saturday morning, Terrible permission!

Without fear of being wrong it has been the most and only dirty hotel where I have stayed. The rooms next to the pool with gnawed roof, towel with hole, do not change the bedding or clean the bathroom we could not bathe in the pool since at night there was a cream of dirt and grease. Finally the rooms next to the pool without wardrobe or where to hang clothes.
