The shower took 25 minutes to heat the water, the water from the pipes comes yellow, the TV in the room was cracked from a corner, the phone was not working, they made sunday noise at 6.30 Am nailing something I assume they were fixing, the pool floor needs maintenance, the fireplace has a sign that says to light a reception, the receptionist said it didn't work because there was no fuss for the smoke and it was always like this (take out the poster if it is only decorative). Board games are damaged: the ping pong table, the toad (2), and the handful slatte table (2). The receptionist lied to me about the collection process which caused me a lot of disgust and I recommended not to lie to the guest to justify himself as he may be touched by a guest who if he knows the Real procedure of working of a hotel as is my case, I gave him a second chance and he lied again, a disappointment!

I usually stay there, perfect for escaping the routine and Lima traffic. With bungalows type rooms that have all the comforts, A/C, Wi-Fi, attention to the rooms. The breakfast buffet is very good and the facilities are always well maintained and clean. The pool for empty and always clean is a special space for destressing.

I found imsectos inside the room, the pool OK aunq is missing a bit. Elnpiso maintenance of the pool is losing the paint, restaurant OK.

It is a nice hotel but I found it expensive for what it offers being 4 star. Between the positive I highlight the attention of the staff who were always attentive and gracious, the restaurant food that was very good, the air conditioner in the room that was very efficient, the cleanliness of the rooms and the ample parking. Between the negative as it is a smaller hotel looks like a motel for the size, the Wi-Fi is Malisimo super slow although it has a pay option that I imagine is faster, at least in the room I was none of the telephony operators I have captured well (ENT El and Movistar) ie practically no internet inside the room. In case the hotel did not seem bad enough to not return but I think they should better adjust their prices.
