Awesome place to stay if you are fortunate to visit the Sacred Valley. It’s also a beautiful neighborhood in front of the hotel for shirt walks. The food here is very good so you might as well dine here as well. These are the best tended gardens for any place we’ve visited this week. Highly recommend staying here.

This is the most amazing place. The Hotel is wonderful, the rooms are spotless and special with all the amenities you need. Beds are super comfy, atmosphere quiet, calming. The staff is super helpful and friendly, English is spoken. The gardens and areas around the place are peaceful calming, amazing. The little restaurants in the place have such a special ambiance, and the food is 5 stars delicious. Must have is the chocolate volcano cake. I highly recommend this amazing place.

We went just for the lunch buffet. It was delicious and the place is gorgeous. The live music was especially nice. Friendly staff.

Great hotel to stay near Urubamba. Beautifull surrondings and well price. I recomend to go early in the afternoon to apreciate the areas. However, I didnt like the food. I tried the pizza restaurant and it was very dissapointing: bad food and expensive. The breakfast is ok at the main restaurant. The rooms are good and I stayed in one with a beautifull view as you see in the pictures. I didnt like that the shower was very messy.

I loved the food, the super nice deal. I recommend going early to enjoy all the beauty of the scenery.

Beautiful garden and adorable staff ask Nelva, who works at the coffee shop. She is very funny and always smiling.

Great location. Close to bus to the citadel, and trains back towards Cusco. We got a street side room and unfortunately, the windows do nothing to insulate from the noise outside — — the trains are extremely noisy and seem to rattle the building. Restaurant was good.

The grounds are gorgeous! No central air, no screens on the windows. Staff is extremely welcoming and attentive. Good is very good in the cafe.

Definitely the best pizzas in the Sacred Valley of the Incas, the staff very friendly, fast service. And the atmosphere very warm.

Very beautiful hotel! It's like a compound that contains a pizzeria, coffeee shop, two restaurants, and several bars. Plus a lot of artisans sell their crafts inside the hotel compound. The rooms are amazing and the services are excellent! Highly recommend it and I would stay here again.

Good buffet breakfast with an early 4am start for those heading up to Macchu Piccu early. My only issue was no in room tea & coffee making facilities & no fridge. Would thoroughly recommend this hotel.

A beautiful charming hotel with spectacular grounds. Very calm and peaceful atmosphere with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. Courteous staff and there are a variety of dining options. We loved our stay here and hope to return one day.

A little far out but very nice grounds. Room was nice but beginning to show some age. Staff most helpful when transport did not arrive within 15 minutes. Placed a call for us and transport arrived quickly.

We had been on a tour that was quite tiring so this lovely oasis of a hotel was a gift as there were no shops other than the a couple with the basics to think about visiting. The staff we dealt with were great. The gardens and buildings are beautiful and would recommend staying here to anyone.

I recently stayed here with friends for 4 nights and enjoyed it very much. The grounds were beautiful and kept up with with a good amount of tasty food options and comfortable places to sit and lounge. I would stay here again!

The hotel is very attractive and everything is well taken care of. Rooms are well equipped, but the floors are a bit noisy (because they are old). They have a restaurant with a variety of dishes, a bar and a snack bar where you can eat sandwiches and simple meals. It also has an ice cream parlour. Care is very good.

My daughter and I stayed here in early May this year (2015) for 2 nites, all part of a Collette Vacations pckg. The property was breathtaking, the room we were in was still largely from the 18th century and quite large. Two things I would advise: bring an umbrella if you are there in the rainy/edge season, most rooms require some length (short or? extended) of walk to get to the restaurant or to the lobby because the property is an old monastery spread out among diff buildings. Second thing; personal learning experience; the door locking mechanisms were of? original equipment? and on our first morning my daughter wanted to go out and poke around the property. As she left she thru the outside dead-bolt so the door wouldn't swing open. That locked me in the room; you cannot reach the outside bolt from inside! Fortunately I was able to call the lobby on the 21st century phone and someone came to set me free. Definite 5 star.
