DO NOT STAY HERE! the rooms are very cold and dirty, they play loud music all night and when I asked them to lower it they said no, even though no one was in the lounge and it was 2 am. They charge you for towels which is ridiculous. The staff is rude and unhelpful. Do not stay here.

Best showers in South America. Big clean rooms. Cool different events on all the time. Friendly staff. Can store bags for trips. Stayed an extra two nights. Cool outside area with charging stations and pool table. Bar tender was super cool and nice. Breakfast was good — more than the usual in South America! Would recommend to most — it is on slight hill though so if walking up inclines after dinner isn’t your fave — maybe find somewhere else haha.

The staff at Intro Hostels were so friendly and helpful! Our room was really clean, and even the shared bathrooms were surprisingly clean. Just know that this is a social hostel. We were only looking for a place to crash for one night before catching a 5:30AM train to Aguas Calientes. This was not a good place to get some rest, as the other guests were up until 2AM, sitting around the fire and blasting 80s hair metal music. Otherwise, this hostel was great, and I'd definitely recommend it.

A good accommodation option in Cusco for groups of friends. Good atmosphere. In the evenings there are activities and open bar.

Very friendly hostel!
We stayed here for a night.
When we arrived very early we were able to take a shower and breakfast while the rooms are only available in the early afternoon in principle.
Our double room was very spacious and the bedding very comfortable! The toilets are clean and the water is hot. If a problem is not hesitate to ask the team who will find a solution!
The breakfast included is very correct with tea coffee, yogurt, fruit of the day, egg, cereals…
A billiard table is available in the central course with a few tables and chairs to enjoy the Sun.
No worries to leave his luggage for example a trek.

Very tranquil and quaint hostel. The kind of place you'd stay if you value sleep (especially before an early hike wake up), but still want to stay in a relatively convenient location.

They don't receive credit cards, Malisimo. Q Wait 10 minutes to q The water comes out hot, and when it comes out does not come to tibia, added to that the bathrooms are outside and you shit cold. The cleanliness and location are very good.

A nice place to stay. Staff is kind and the rooms are cold but wide and nice. Cheap but cannot pay in card and Don t want to negotiate even if you stay several days.

Really nice hostel! I had some troubles because I left my phone inside an uber and Israel at the reception did its best to help me get it back! Such a great guy!

Of the best hostels in Cusco, offers promotions when visiting the other hostels linked in other cities in Peru… It Is close to the Plaza de Armas, visits many people and that allows you to meet friends for the stay in Cusco… I recommend it, the prices are favorable.

Location was great next to main areas. But staff was stand offish and hot water was intermittent. Also very cold at night, rooms didn't hold heat well.

It is a hotel located in the monumental town of Cusco at the beginning of the street Cuesta Santa Ana Cusco in the atmospheres of an old house built with adobe and covered with tiles.

Best value for money hostel we stayed in! Comfortable beds, big lockers, warm bathrooms, friendly staff, great food and a stylish balcony for chilling out with hammocks and the possibility to play your own music. Not too loud but not too quiet either. Most evenings end up with some drinks at the camp fire and interesting conversations. And whoever wants it more loud can visit some party hostels along the street or to the town centre (great location). Would definitely recommend to stay there!

Truly disappointed with the service. No hot shower as promised. The double decker beds were dusty, squeaky and they seemed like they'd fall apart at any moment. Never have I ever had to be that careful during my sleep. The staffs were not as nice as other hostels' in which the staffs in other hostels would pack the breakfast for backpackers who have to leave before breakfast time. The location is not very good as it's located uphill, quite a distance away from the plaza.

It's a decent hostel. Definitely not a party hostel, so if you are looking for that I would suggest going elsewhere. There is no indoor common area, and it does get cold. They gave me an extra blanket when I asked, which I was fine with. No locks on the doors to the dorms. Staff is very nice and helpful. It is a walk up a hill, so after a few days that does get a little old. I would stay here again if I wanted a nice quite hostel and a relaxed atmosphere.

We stayed for 4 nights in a double private. The rooms are nice and the hangout area was well equipped with billiard, hammoks and a fireplace. The facilities are basic and it can be a little noisy in the evening/night. There were shared showers with hot water and a small breakfast in the morning. If you are going for some trails, this is a nice place place to stay.

Nice hostel in historic Spanish building. The rooms are very clean and the staff very helpful. Every evening there is something varied to eat for a reasonable price. Pisco Sour is also available at a good price in the bar.

Located in the city centre, we were close to everything: supermarket, ATMs, places of interests, good restaurants, plaza de armas…
The free walking was amazing really interesting. The atmosphere was excellent too, we loved the rooms and breakfast, shower was also one of the best I've had here, highly recommend!

Nice little Hostel. Staff was helpful and rooms are ok. No kitchen was a little bumper :/ But I understand theyr reasons.

Nice chilled place. Nice courtyard. Barman was cool and made good pisco sours. Food in the evenings is decent. Beds are comfy and always seems to be a shower free but maybe the hostel just wasn't full. Kitchen is slowly under construction. Full time tour advisor on site where you can book tours and bus tickets. Good location.

Quality hostel with all expected amenities. Pricing was one of the best values in Cusco. Staff was extremely helpful with bus schedules and trekking in the area. They also let us leave some items in storage while we went on a multi-day hike. Would definitely stay again.

The service we received here was perhaps the worst we've received so far in South America. The reception staff are incredibly rude and incompetent. It's quite evident that this hostel is a chain and doesn't care about its clients as much as it does money. We booked on hostelworld and paid an $8 USD bookinyg fee for this luxury. We had documentation confirming our booking and the balance left to pay after the booking fee. When we arrived they had our booking wrong and claimed we had only reserved one bed when we reserved two. This was remedied and we filled out all the necessary documentation and waited until 1pm to be shown to our room. At 1pm we approached reception and asked to be shown to our room, however, somehow they had lost all record of our booking and we were made to check in a second time. They were extremely unapologetic about this inconvenience. Upon check out, they tried to excessively overcharge us. The rooms had changed price from $15 USD per night to $17 USD and they claimed that we had not paid the $8 booking fee despite the fact that we had a receipt. The receptionist was incredibly apathetic when we disputed the price and refused to let us speak to management. The final price did not at all match our invoice from hostelworld and while I do not believe the "customer is always right, " I do believe the service we received was subpar. The ultimate problem was not the price, it was the service.

Great staff and facilities. A relaxed vibe matched with caring 24hr service. Bar, kitchen, Wi-Fi and pool table to keep you occupied, foods great and there's a travel/tour agent based there too.

Spotless, well located, relaxing hostel, with good facilities and great food & drink offers every night. Definitely recommended.
