The staff is really friendly! They help you where they can. We did the free inca walking tour with Eduardo which was amazing! He knows a lot about the ruins just out of town. He also shows you the nicest view over Cuzco! Definitely would recommend it!

Beautiful and nice hostel… Very cozy and close to the Plaza de Armas of Cusco… The only downside… And where they should improve… Is that your Wi-Fi is fatal… It is very difficult to connect because the signal is always slow or falls… I could only use it normally in the early mornings or super in the mornings.

I stayed her multiple times over my visit to the Cusco region. Mostly because I trusted their bag storage. The free breakfast is just bread and coffee… Eggs extra. On the pricery side for Peru but comfortable. They also serve cheap food around dinner time.

Good location, good value for money.

We stayed at the VIP GARDEN. As a plus point, the shower has good hot water and good pressure. Negative points, the kitchen is a joke, there is nothing you can cook with, all the pans and pots are bad and the utensils damaged, plus it is quite small and it's time to cook crouching. There is no designated smoking area, so even in the kitchen people smoke, which is really unpleasant; people who resent that habit are moving and it should be the opposite. Please note that Wi-Fi only takes in a small space of the hostel, does not reach the rooms. I feel like they don't think about the comfort of the guests.

This is the best experience I had in peru when it comes to hostel stays. If you are looking for a loud party hostel maybe it's not for you but if you want to stay in a clean, kind, and relaxed hostel this is the place for you!

Very peaceful and quite place. They serve either a breakfast or a dinner option. It's roughly 11 usd for off-season dorm bed.

Awesome place, super friendly and helpfull staff. Its located in a old building with sufficient dorms and private rooms. The water was sometimes hot and cold. Simple but decent breakfast (orange juice, bread, jams, omelette, tea and coffee). They offering a free walking tour with Carlos who will explain you more about the Inca history of Cusco. Beside that they have also different oours in the region of Cusco. Its also nicely located outside the city centre, but close enough for walking. I had a really wonderful time staying at this hostel.

Cozy place to stay in Cusco. It's one of the most affordable places in town, and gives you the option to choose free breakfast or dinner. Rooms are clean, comfortable and Wi-Fi is fast. No complaints. Kitchen is not available for the guests, but the supermarket is just in front of the hostel and there is a restaurant that serves 5 Sol lunch just around the corner. Plus side, staffs are super friendly and nice and the hostel has cute dogs!

Lovely staff, fantastic location and they have the fluffiest dogs. Showers could be a little warmer, but everything else was perfect. Wi-Fi was great, rooms clean with lockers. Had their own bar, but never got loud, as the roons were located at the back.

Nice hostel, but the kitchen isn't available for guests to use. They have an in house tour office, and a free hiking tour up to the ruins surrounding Cusco that is definitely with checking out. They have lockers with charging ports to use, but few outlets in the rooms. Wi-Fi was finicky and I couldn't even get connected on my tablet.

The rooms were clean aside from the top bed cover. The noise level varied by who was staying there each night. There is a central area with a bonfire and seats so it can get loud if people are inconsiderate. One night travelers were blasting techno music and yelling until 2am. Another night it was quiet. The tvs also vary from room to room. We stayed 2 nights in one room, check out and went to Aguas Calientes, and then came back for one more night before returning to Lima. The first 2 nights out TV was okay but the last night it didn't work. That means something to me because I used the TV sound to drown out the noise from the courtyard. Also the staff gave me problems when I checked out. I paid for my first two nights when I checked out the first time. When I checked out the second time the woman tried to charge me for all three nights instead of just the one I owed them. Of course, they didn't give me a receipt and only accept cash. I would not budge and told her to call the woman who I paid the other day. She couldn't reach her and almost wouldn't call our taxi. Thankfully I had booked the taxi the night before and he arrived on time. Otherwise she would have made us late for our flight. I left my balance and left. I don't know if they were trying to rip me off or if they need a better record keeping system. But be careful nonetheless.

Could be the best hostel in cusco! good wii fii, hot showers, great breakfast, comfortable beds and so much more! stayed in total for 25 days and had a great time!

Got attacked by bed bugs. Didn't get one smile from the staff, loud cracking floors in and around the rooms and mediocre breakfast.

The best hostel we have stayed. Friendly customer service. Great facilities. The beds are very comfortable and you will have more blankets than needed. The breakfast was included consisting of granola, omelette on bread, coffee, juice, and jam on toast. The music was great too playing the classics. Wi-Fi is fast. I can't speak highly enough of this place.
