That unpleasant to find People without any empathy or charisma insurance l receptionist is the wrong Race that horror nor water had malazo from l the night until the owner is horrible would never go back to this hostal for Medium hair.

Arrived at the hotel after a tour and I can't find my things, clothes, toiletries. I approached reception, I was not much help. Check the cameras after my insistence. It turns out that the lady cleaning had taken my things and the reception go to the room that you are cleaning and my stuff was buried there. No one asked me to apologize, said they would approach the owner, it never happened. Did as if nothing had happened. Acoto that one of the young men of the place said that he had stolen the perfume to a lord, a day before.

This is a nice hostel but I definitely have complaints. They NEVER turn off the terrible North American pop music or 90´s music. Something is always playing, and 95% of the time its not something I want to hear. I am a guitar player, and there is nowhere I can go where there is no music and I can play my guitar. They have a ¨quiet room¨ where you can watch movies, but it is right next to the bar where they blare really loud music all night! I don´t know… its like this hostel wants to always have a party atmosphere, and they try to throw parties every night, but most of the time it seems like people just want to relax and that the music is annoying. Also, there is very little ventilation in most of the rooms so sometimes it is hard to breathe at night. Otherwise, it is a nice hostel, comfy beds, good staff, tons to do, and cool people. Just too much loud, bad music.

This place was super nice. They had lockers in the rooms and down at reception. Good Wi-Fi. Outlets in the lockers in the room and everything was very clean. They had activities every night, a bar, a movie room, and a business room. If I return to Cuzsco I would stay here again.

The beds are huge and really comfortable. The courtyard area is very pretty and you can pick up free coca tea at any time.
