Very good attention, the rooms have heating, the people are nice, the rooms face the interior so it is super quiet, you can rest.
It is about 600 meters from the Plaza de Armas and to go, the road is full of places to visit.

There's no good communication, they didn't answer the wasap.

We had the best time here. All staff polite, welcoming and would bend over back wards to make your stay the best. We stayed on 3 different occasions. The whole hotel is spotless and tidy. Spa and massage available. Good room service. Alma restaurant is fantastic and fine dining. Breakfast buffet is one of the best we have had. Very luxurious stay and huge comfy beds. They do a laundry service. Exchange rate at the reception is also very good — better than many places. We stayed in the rooms 209, 141 and 245.

Great service, very nice people at the front desk. We loved our room and they have a good breakfast which was included. Fresh juices and hot bread. Even plates that look like lunch like Lomo Saltado:) you can order your eggs the way you want. We will definitely be back if we go to Cusco again.

I'd give this place 5 stars and recommend it with the utmost enthusiasm. The hotel is first class and the staff are excellent. I have spent 3 nights here and looking forward to my return in a few days time. It is ideally located and within walking distance of many attractions. Do it.

It's a great luxury hotel in the heart of Cusco. I would give it an 8 +. Free breakfast and Wi-Fi and has handicap parking and access with in the building.

As in most of their hotels is pretty good location a few blocks from the plaza de armas of cuzco. You can walk from the hotel to the plaza in just 5 minutes. The decor is very beautiful, restaurant elegant.

One of several Casa Andina hotels in Peru, this one in cusco, a UNESCO world heritage center in the old city. It's given three stars but deserves four. Staff are immediately responsive and helpful.

I liked it. Interesting the place, I noticed it with little lighting during dinner but nothing to worry about.

But if you want a good night's sleep do not get a ground floor room as the ceiling is made of wood and you can hear every footstep of guests above. Rooms not well soundproofed. You can hear everything in the corridors outside the rooms.

Great room, good food and superior service. When we changed hotels (pre-planned due to a wedding) the staff carried our bags 2 blocks for us without asking. The only thing that didn't make this a 5 star rating was that the heat was not yet on in our room.

I stayed at the Casa Andina "Premium" Hotel for 11 days and as a Peruvian I feel ashamed with the treatment me and my American husband had. First DO NOT BOOK THROUGH EXPEDIA : I did it and paid for a suite which includes breakfast but when there the hotel said that we weren't included. Had to spent 5 hrs speaking with Expedia to finally get a refund. Second EXPECT ONLY 30% STAFF CAN SPEAK ENGLISH : I was expecting since it was Cusco a turism center staff could speak English. Surprised was that I have to translate everything to my husband cuz everyone said speak "little" English. Only I met 3 people from like 30 who could speak English. Not even the bartender could speak some. Third EXPECT NOT TO HAVE HEATER: Again I paid for a suite and we only had heater on from 7 to 10:30pm after that they will turn it off saying "Heater is programmed to turn off automatically" I had to call the concierge my last 3 nights to ask to keep it on all night, ridiculous that an average Holiday Inn has more premium features than Casa Andina. Fourth Although the room was clean, neat and spacious I had to call every morning to get either coffee or cream cuz the maid always forgot something. And expect they will get you for one cup I had to call to ask them to give me for an extra serving even though we paid as a couple. I guess they were trying to force us to paid the expensive breakfast buffet which we didn't. positive points were the location the friendly staff if you speak Spanish.

The staff was so friendly… the decor was very tasteful/interesting, the food was good, though a bit high price for was we got, and there was this awesome 3 foot wide light in our room so we could see even the finest print!

A beautiful hotel in the historic district of Cusco. Within walking distance of the Plaza de Armas and many great restaurants. The staff was absolutely fabulous and the continental breakfast was the best we had during our trip to Peru. The hotel is set up so that all rooms open up to a courtyard. From our room, we could easily hear people who were talking at a normal volume, but this seemed to not be a problem late at night. It didn't keep is awake.

Great experience staff is friendly rooms are nice and comfortable. The atmosphere is also very charming.

Location was prefect… 5 min walk to main square. Room was nice. Nice we could change the language of the TV to English. The patio in the middle was very nice too. If anything I wish the window above my bed had a blind. Cocoa tea for free was really good. Recommended!

An amazingly comfortable bed, which you will lay in, sleepless, listening to every toilet flush, every snore, every footstep in this echoey, thin-walled building. I hear every word spoken by my neighboring rooms, and every door that opens and shuts. The rooms all open up into a central patio, so every noise is lovingly shared. The internet is about 0.5 megabits upload and download, which is a bit faster than dial-up speeds were. The shower never got hot: the water seems to p…eak at lukewarm. The staff was very helpful in some ways. They walked into my room and showed me the bed and the closet and the light switches, but didn't mention the times for breakfast or check-out. If this is considered to be a nice hotel, Cusco isn't ready for hotels yet. The location is superb.

Very unique place with a very special atmosphere and great location. Very good breakfast and very and polite stuff.
A point for improvement: a very slow Wifi in public areas, no free Wifi in the rooms and very expendive high speed Wifi.

Stayed here on a school trip. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel very welcome in a different country! Can't wait to return.

The hotel is either an old mansion or a monastery, with a lot of character. We loved it, even though we had to climb 3 sets of stairs to get to the room. The hotel free Wi-Fi actually worked well (better than at some US hotels, in fact). Free breakfast was most excellent — with traditional and Peruvian dishes. The housekeeping is also excellent and attended to the room twice a day. Concierge (for tour booking) left a bit to be desired and the had no information on anything and had to call every time to get it. They also didn't suggest any tours — you can book if you know what you needed.

Niiiice hotel. Definitely worth its stars. One of several in the chain, the private collection is a set of upscale suites in the heart of the old town. Beautiful squares surrounded by luxury rooms in a converted group of historic grand houses. Free Wi-Fi that does not suck.
