Very good service, comfortable and clean rooms.

Seriously, I was very unhappy when I saw the 'private room' we booked… It was a dormitory on the last floor, no windows and very STINKY! We decided to be pay back and found another place. We lost couple of dollars with hostelworld politic cancellation. And spend time to find another place. And we finally found another place, much better, and cheaper. A real private room this time.

Good hostel, I had a great time and I met many friends. The staff is very entertaining and friendly.

Located at the top of a very long hill! Its a rough climb when you're first adjusting to the altitude.

Everything great in my experience there. It is centrally located, the rooms are nice and clean and the inner courtyard is very nice. Good value for money.

Comfortable prices, spacious rooms (that yes shared from 8 to 10 people or so) kitchen, breakfast included, great attention and the best close to the center of Cusco and all the tourist agencies.

This place has great potential, but they're just not quite there yet. It can get cold at night and you don't have 100% chance to have a hot shower. It can be a noisy throughout the night so it's good to have earplugs. When I was there no soap to wash our hands was available. Otherwise the staff was nice, the price was good and the location was amazing! It's just by the main plaza and there's a few really good restaurants minutes away.

This hostel is very well located, has beautiful rooms with a colonial style. The house is very well restored with stone walls and the service of the staff is very good.

The breakfast is terrible and there was nobody to tell us how it works or ask If we need something, but is was no necesary, we decided to had it outside. There was no papers on any bathrooms, and some doors Dont work. The dorms are darks. The positive thing are: location, almost next to the main square in Cusco center; the barman, Good beds, and their own map.

Excellent attention! a special place with spaces and details that surprise. We stayed in the third floor room and it is very comfortable, it has a partial view of the city that enchants both at sunrise and sunset, and perfect spaces to share in group! The service is the most pleasant, Samuel is always willing to attend very kindly to the needs of each one! highly recommended!

I stayed 5 nights in this hostel, super near the square of Cusco, with a very nice colonial style, the super neat pieces, they make toilet every day, any questions you ask the guys at the reception answer it, even when I went to Machu Picchu they kept my backpack without charging me anything. The problem was when you trust them… I had been there for a while and hired two tours, which made me trust his work. The last day I was there were two inconveniences, the first, being in a shared piece only of women, came a man (in fact it is the boy of black shirt and sign of peace that they have of photo on their cover) with a woman who was not staying in the hostel, entered a mattress of another piece and set to have sex in an empty room that is inside the women's room. The boy was only struck, when he put at risk the personal belongings of all the girls who left their backpacks relying on the privacy of the piece. The second thing, The hostel has bus ticket shopping service and some of the guys at the front desk (the one in the morning) sold me one in 70 soles and processed my ticket while I went on a tour to the sacred valley.
